Mathematics is one of the basic disciplines of the nine years of compulsory education, so that all the students to learn this course are a glorious and arduous task for every mathematics teacher. However, due to various reasons, currently in the middle stage of the emergence of many students who have difficulty in learning mathematics. So, how to change the status of mathematics learning difficulty students let them to stimulate the learning desire and interest, improve grades and quality? This is the current important issues worth thinking about.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey method, observation method, action research method, survey method, case study method. From the theory that the mathematical meaning and method, poor students study the definition of the concept, analysis of the domestic and international research status of the mathematics learning difficulty students. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews of20teachers and300students, found the factors that lead to learning difficulties in junior high school mathematics are:the internal and external reasons of two categories. Aiming at these problems, the research in theoretical basis for the guidance, combined with the actual situation of junior high school gives corresponding measures:strengthen the study, improve the qualities of teachers; pour a loving, moderate " preference " underachievers; cultivate interest in learning, learning passion ignited; optimizing teaching process, improving teaching methods, improve teaching quality; develop good study habits, improve the ability of solving problems; to strengthen contact with parents, to parents’ cooperation. Finally, on the basis of the practical situation has made the summary and reflection, the reflection of the pointed out the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the direction of future efforts on certain deficiencies.
