Research On Training Program And Social Demand Of Physical Education Major In Beijing Sports University

Sports education in the development of sports in China,The major of physical education in Beijing Sport University has always been the leading major in the discipline of Physical Education,It is the training of sports talents,The cradle of the future sports pillar of the motherland.This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on.The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the training program and social needs of Beijing sports education,Carry on deep exploration and analysis,Study on the students of physical education and the employers in the field of physical education in Beijing Sport University,At the level of 2014-2016,Grade 2010-2012 graduates and 51 household units as investigation objects,The main investigation is from its curriculum,curriculum implementation,employment structure and suggestions and suggestions on training programs,objective feedback,It lays the foundation for promoting the reform and innovation of the training of sports education professionals.The results show that:(1)The training program for the major of physical education in Beijing Sport University,It is basically consistent with the needs of the development of the social sports industry.But the actual effect of implementation needs to be improved.(2)The contents of the teaching materials need to be adjusted to learn the theoretical knowledge of the frontier sports.(3)Further strengthen the students' practical ability,teaching ability and scientific research innovation ability.(4)The setting of teaching should be "to learn to use",It is consistent with the needs of the development of the social sports industry.
