With the advent of the network and big data era,wearable devices have gradually integrated into people's healthy lives because of their mobility,portability and other characteristics,and have showed their value and status in sports and health.This study takes the feasibility of using wearable devices to guide scientific movements and improve patient compliance to promote health as the research object.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of its application and provide ideas and developments for the scientific movement and healthy promotion from the perspective of sociology.Relevant data and data on the development of wearable devices at home and abroad are obtained by documentary analysis method and interview method in this paper.The analysis reveals the relationship between wearable devices and sports and health,and the role of wearable devices in promoting patient compliance and problems in the development of wearable devices.This study has shown that: wearable devices can achieve whole-day and real-time detection of physiological indicators of wearer for drug efficacy evaluation,early detection and treatment of disease,and may improve patients' compliance to a certain extent to promote health.Wearable devices are not only used for daily exercise,diet,sleep,and other health management,to know physical status through relevant data,the self-situation also can be considered based on the “big data” analysis of cloud computing of wearable devices,to formulate scientific and rational movement program.It may help to guide the wearer's scientific movement to promote health.
