Eriksson believes that people's growth is divided into eight stages.Errors of any age will affect one's lifelong development.Therefore,the children's stage is also a crucial stage.As we age,children need to gradually reach out to the social environment.Helping children to solve some problems during this period is beneficial to their future development.Shy children are a special group of children.They are mainly silent and not good at expressing themselves.They are prone to low self-esteem and anxiety and can not establish good interpersonal relationships with others.Therefore,they help shy children better integrate into society.It is necessary to improve interpersonal skills.This study mainly uses the shy children exposed in Shenzhen as a sample to help shy children improve interpersonal skills through case intervention.It uses social learning theory and Schutz's interpersonal needs theory as the basis.It mainly uses interviews and participation observation methods.To conduct research.In the research process,it is found that the main reasons for the existence of interpersonal communication among shy children are self-factors and external environmental factors.The self-factors are due to lack of self-confidence and sense of security,low willingness to interact with people,and lack of relevant social skills.External factors In school,it is because they are not valued in school and they are often ridiculed by their classmates.In terms of family,parents are not properly educated and lack parental care.Therefore,to improve the interpersonal skills of shy children needs to be adjusted by themselves and the external environment,enhance the self-confidence of shy children,and increase their willingness to interact with others;teachers and classmates have more concerns,and parents change their education methods to increase their A sense of security and presence;actively guide them to interact with others to increase social communication skills.
