A Study On The Cultivation Of Autonomous Learning Ability Of College Students In Shanxi Province Based On The Network Learning Platform

In today's society,it is the era of rapid development of science and technology,followed by the popularity of computer networks in our lives.At the same time,the progress of network technology has provided technical support for the development of modern education,and the development of education has exceeded the limitation of time and space.At present,online education has started a fierce momentum of development,the autonomous learning mode of students is diversified,it is a new way for students,especially college students to use online learning platform for autonomous learning.However,it is not ideal for college students to use online learning platform to study independently,there are still many problems,the autonomous learning ability of college students still needs to be improved.Therefore,on the basis of existing research,this study combined with Peter Drucker's Goal Management Theory as the theoretical basis,this paper studies the current situation of autonomous learning of college students in Shanxi Province.On the one hand,it can enrich the content of the theory of autonomous learning,through the investigation and analysis of the status quo and existing problems of college students using onling learning platform for autonomous learning,it provides a reference for the formation of new concept of teaching and learning based on the online learning platform.On the other hand,it can not only understand the current college students' demand for online learning resources.It is conductive for university and related enterprise targeted to build online learning platform,it is better to provide college students with the learning resources they need to satisfy their learning demand and provide good condition for college students to use the online learning platform.It can also help university?business managers and teachers to supervise the learning status of college students on the network learning platform more effectively.This study use the literature analysis method to analyze the existing research and define the important concepts on this basis.At the same time,Peter Drucker's Goal Management Theory was selected as the theoretical basis for the study.Then,to find out the status quo of Shanxi province students to use the online learning platform to learnby theirselves through questionnaire survey,after analyzing the questionnaire,we can draw the following conclusions: At present,the effect of college students in Shanxi by using online learning platform to study independently is not very satisfactory,and their autonomous learning ability needs to be improved.In the learning process,in terms of their own factors,students lack self-management,goal management and time management,their learning is more blind;in terms of external factors,in the process of learning,there is no guidence of teachers and conmunications with classmates,the problems can not be solved in time,there is no classroom atmosphere,which affects the long term learning of students.This study from the Goal Management Theory: “ self-management ”?“ goal management”and“time management”three aspects to carry on the analysis,and based on this,the following practical suggestions are put forward to improve the ability of college students to learn by themselves using online learning platform:First,learn to self-management: make a self-study plan according to the course content before class,adjust yourself according to the learning situation in the class,evaluate yourself based on the learning effect after class.Second,learn to manage goals:set learning goals and target deadlines,determine the location and sequence of objectives,develop indicators to measure the degree of implementation.Last,learn to manage time: make sure the prime time for your study,arrange the time according to the learning objectives of the primary and secondary.
