With the enrollment expansion of master's degree,some problems of master's graduate students emerge and achieve lots of attention from educators.The national key point of the nineteenth report is to promote the development of higher education.The problem of learning burnout is currently prevalent among postgraduate students.If we don't take it seriously,the problem of learning burnout will become more and more serious.Academic self-efficiency and self-esteem have an important influence on learning burnout,so studying the relationship between them is very important to solve the problem of learning burnout.This study is based on the academic self-efficiency scale compiled by LiangYusong,Rosenberg's self-esteem scale,Cheng tao's postgraduate study burnout scale which are a kind of research tool.A total of 504 academic postgraduate students were surveyed by literature research,questionnaire and empirical analysis.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of recovered data.The following conclusions are drawn together.(1)Academic self-efficiency,self-esteem and learning burnout differ in demographic variables.(2)Academic self-efficiency and its two dimensions have negative correlation with learning burnout and its three dimensions.(3)Academic self-efficiency and its two dimensions have positive correlation with self-esteem.(4)Self-esteem is negatively correlated with learning burnout and its three dimensions.(5)Self-esteem is the intermediate variable of academic self-efficiency and learning burnout.The innovation point of this paper is(1)Research object innovation.Because of the education system in our country,primary and middle school students are faced with great academic pressure and pressure to study.Previous studies in this area have focused on primary and secondary school students instead of growing number of master's groups.(2)Innovation of research content.Most previous studies focus on the influences of self-esteem and learning burnout,academic self-efficiency and learning burnout or academic self-efficiency and self-esteem on other factors,and the research about the relation among these three factors is rare.In this paper,504 academic postgraduate students completed the questionnaire.SPSS was used to analyze the interaction between academic self-efficiency,self-esteem and learning burnout.The results provide a new way to improve the learning burnout situation of academic postgraduate students.In the context of promoting the growth of education,the problem of learning burnoutcan not be solved only by academic postgraduate's own constraints and efforts.Universities which are closely related to academic masters must also play a good supervisory role.From the management of the university to the tutor to the student counselor,the corresponding measures should be taken to promote the improvement of self-efficiency and self-esteem of academic postgraduate students,to improve the current academic postgraduate study burnout problem and promote the benign development of education in China.
