Academic burnout is a real dilemma facing of the current graduate education sectors, attribution and self-esteem as an important factor in the impact of the academic burnout, explore the relationship between the three major is a significance things.Self-esteem is a personal awareness of self-worth,it is a reflection of the degree of self-acceptance, self-esteem can contribute to improve the self-satisfaction and academic success of students to realize the feeling of accomplishment.Academic attribution is formed over a long period of time for student's self learning behavior,it is the preference of the causes of the results analysis, understand the student's academic success or failure attribution way, undertake to the student the right attribution training,which can help students form good attribution style, guide students to correctly treat academic success and failure, so as to reduce student's setbacks and difficulties in school difficult and tired feeling. Therefore this study such as Lercourt compiled by the multidimensional "academic attribution attribution-scale (MMCS), Rosenberg (Rosenberg, SES) compiled by the self-esteem scale, Cheng Tao and lina, establishment of the graduate student academic burnout questionnaire "as a research tool,600 study living in hunan agricultural university as the research object, using SPSS 19.0 data statistical analysis, integrated the following conclusions:First, the graduate student's academic burnout degree badly;Second, different gender and different grade, the different professional graduate work burnout problem does not exist significant difference;Third, the graduate student academic burnout and attribution, outside the school failure attribution, self-esteem have significant correlation;Fourth, through the regression analysis found that attribution in attribution, self-esteem of graduate academic burnout level has certain predictive power, and three dimensions respectively explain academic burnout were 0.8%,8.9% and 16% of total variation;Fifth, through the intermediary effect inspection found that self-esteem attribution in academic success and failure attribution and intermediary role between academic burnout.
