This article mainly uses literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,expert interviews,and logical analysis methods to analyze the status quo of Chinese tennis talent training and the LTAD model in Europe and America,and analyzes the training of sports talents and the LTAD model under the “National System”.The present situation of the training of tennis talents under the "national system" in China is the research content.Analyze the current competitive sports personnel training model,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the “nationwide system”,and interpret the LTAD model of Europe and the United States,find the advantage of LTAD over the “nationwide system”,and combine it with the status quo of China's tennis training.Inspired by the analysis,according to these inspirations,the LTAD model was developed to implement the optimization requirements for the training of tennis talent in China.This study attempts to explore the LTAD model's enlightenment on the optimization of China's tennis professionalization and aims to propose effective suggestions for the development of tennis in China.The results of this study will provide a useful theoretical reference for the further development of our country's tennis.Through the above studies,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The process of cultivating tennis players should be divided into multiple convergence stages according to physical,psychological,emotional,and cognitive development.Attention should be paid to sensitive periods of different qualities at each stage,and the objectives and goals of each stage,and all phases must be properly handled.The relationship between goals.(2)Tennis is a late professional movement.It has a very high requirement for the comprehensive ability of physical fitness.When cultivating tennis players,we should pay attention to the cultivation of basic athletic ability,and we must not be eager to seek success and specialize too early.(3)Promoting the development of tennis in China We must do a good job in tennis popularization.The training of tennis players should be combined with popular sports and school sports.This will not only provide a large number of post-talents for tennis,but also train more fans who understand tennis culture and appreciate tennis matches,and broaden the market for the development of tennis.(4)To improve the coach's coaching ability and level is an effective way to improve the training effect of Chinese tennis players.China's tennis can refer to the LTAD model and open a tennis coach training course.The content of the course is excellent training methods and advanced training concepts.Sources of content can send personnel to study abroad,or they can invite outstanding foreign coaches to teach at home.(5)Tennis is a high-input,low-output sports program.The government can encourage private investment,sponsor athletes' training,and broaden the sources of training funds.It can not only ease the country's financial pressure,but also stimulate social enthusiasm for tennis.(6)The training of tennis players requires all-round cooperation.It is necessary to establish a more sound organizational structure.In addition to solving the problems of athlete training and entry,they must also coordinate the athletes' learning issues,life issues,and employment after retirement.
