Rural compulsory education occupies a very important position in the national basic education system and plays an important role.The quality of compulsory education in rural areas,to a certain extent,directly affects the training of talents and the promotion and implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,which seriously restricts the reform and development of basic education in the country.In this paper,the main problems faced by the construction of the rural compulsory education teachers in Yidu of Hubei province are the research objects and objectives,and the reasons for the problems are deeply analyzed from the historical and practical heights,and the main problems faced by the construction of rural compulsory education teachers are solved by optimizing the working mechanism and strategies.To promote the overall promotion and overall development of teachers' teaching ability in rural compulsory education,make due contribution to the promotion of the overall promotion of rural education and the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.This article is divided into four parts: the first part focuses on the research background,research significance and research status of rural compulsory education teachers.The second part,through the case analysis,expounds the main problems of the rural compulsory education teachers in Yidu,such as the shortage of the team,the poor overall quality,the unreasonable structure,the serious lag of the continuing education and so on.The third part mainly analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the problem,and analyzes the deep reasons and factors of the problems in the construction of compulsory education teachers from the aspects of the educational concept of the compulsory education teachers,the educational resources,the design of education policy,the life guarantee and the evaluation of teachers' Education.The fourth part is to put forward the countermeasures and measures toimprove the construction of rural compulsory education teachers:education funds input and concept support,strengthening teacher training,improving the sense of obtaining employment,setting up the customs of respecting teachers,attracting outstanding talents from education,strengthening educational theory research,strengthening internal management,deepening educational reform,Crack up the rate of the strange circle and so on.The construction of teachers in rural compulsory education affects the full implementation of quality education in rural areas,and all of them restrict the overall improvement of educational quality.At present,what are the problems in the construction of the rural compulsory education teachers' team? How are these problems formed? What can we seek to solve thoroughly?To this end,the author takes the Yidu city of Hubei as a case and takes the on-site visits and discussions to describe,analyze and study the main problems of the compulsory education teachers in urban rural areas: the uneven distribution of the team structure,including the uneven distribution of the age structure of the teachers and the unreasonable distribution of professional titles;The degree of starting point is not high,the number of high degree of education is little,the distribution of regional area is not balanced,the number of teachers in the area with better location conditions is high,the quality is high,the number of teachers in the area with poor location,the age and the overall quality are not high,the level of teachers' professional development is not excellent,and the renewal and promotion of knowledge and technical ability is slow.Lack of professional spirit,lack of professional intelligence,and so on.The formation of the above problems,the analysis of the reasons,not only the problems left over from history,but also the factors such as location conditions,and the internal reasons for the construction of the rural compulsory education teachers.
