With the development of the times and the progress of society,higher vocational education occupies an increasingly important position in China's higher education.The core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges is the overall quality of teachers,workers,and administrative personnel.Performance management plays an important role in the construction of teachers and improving the overall quality of teachers.Although many colleges and universities in our country have introduced and implemented performance management,they have not achieved the results of performance evaluation due to various reasons,especially the performance evaluation of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,and have not achieved the "dual-qualified" teachers' performance.Satisfaction.This article takes this as the research background,takes the Weifang Engineering Vocational College as an example,and studies the satisfaction degree of dual-professional teachers in performance reform.In general,this article is based on the idea of "problem,problem analysis,and problem solving." This article takes the Weifang Engineering Vocational College as an example,and puts forward the practical problem of dual teacher satisfaction in performance reform.In view of the low satisfaction of dual-professional teachers in performance reform,this article adopts a series of scientific research methods to analyze the problems step by step.Finally,the measures to improve the satisfaction of Weifang Engineering Vocational College performance reform were proposed.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,literature review at home and abroad,research content and research methods,the research framework of the paper and the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is a theoretical review.It mainly defines the related concepts,and introduces the theory of motivation,performance management and hierarchy of needs from the theoretical perspective.It introduces the connotation and application of the theory,and analyzes the reason and rationality of applying these theories.The third chapter is the status quo of performance management reform in Weifang Engineering Vocational College.Through the detailed introduction of the specific research object WGZY performance management reform,the WGZY double-qualified teachers' post status and the performance-oriented management reforms of dual-qualified teacher problems are mainly introduced,which provides a realistic basis for the study of the article;The fourth chapter is an analysis of the problems of dual-professional teachers in performance reform.Proposed the problems of dual-professional teachers in performance reform First,there is no evaluation system to integrate dual-teachers and the second is the lack of performance.The protective measures for evaluation laid a foundation for the following analysis through the comprehensive and targeted definition of the issue;The fifth chapter is to improve the satisfaction of dual-qualified teachers in the performance reform of Weifang Engineering Vocational College.This chapter is the foothold of the article research.According to the above research and analysis of the issues proposed in the targeted recommendations,including two aspects: First,build a performance evaluation system that highlights the dual teacher satisfaction,and second,to ensure the performance of the reform Dual teacher teacher satisfaction measures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.After summarizing the final conclusions of the full text comprehensively and analyzing the conclusions,it still finds possible problems in the construction of the index system,and proposes to amend or further study the problems found in the future research.
