Along with China's basic physical education reform,quality education,the full implementation of the national fitness program,the popularization of the concept of "health first" and carry out the "lifelong sports" is put forward,put forward higher requirements on Talents Cultivation of physical education society.The sports colleges and universities are the important bases for the training of primary and middle school physical education teachers.The undergraduate physical education students are the main force of the primary and secondary school sports education,and the successors and disseminators of the national traditional sports and their culture.The basic course of Wushu is a compulsory subject for the students of the undergraduate sports specialty.The teaching method of Wushu teaching materials is an important basis for the implementation of basic Wushu courses and an important guarantee for the goal of Wushu teaching.The study of the teaching method of Wushu teaching materials for Wushu is the training of Wushu talents,the development of Wushu education in primary and middle schools,and the inheritance of the traditional national sports culture.All of them have important functions and significance.This paper mainly uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,the related data of textbooks in China subject teaching,sports subject teaching,physical education teaching materials and methods,Jiangxi Province Sports undergraduate teaching materials and teaching method of Wushu collation,analysis and summary;conducts the research to the Jiangxi province 10 normal college sports professional martial arts based teaching methods,and literature review and investigation of the truth based on the foundation of the teaching of Wushu studied reform.Research shows:1.The study of teaching methods of Wushu teaching materials is important to carry forward the national traditional sports and its culture,and the education of youth Wushu.The knowledge,ability and level of the students of Jiangxi sports colleges and universities directly determine the Wushu knowledge,ability and level of Wushu teachers in Jiangxi province.2.According to the retrieval of CNKI,there are few literatures on Wushu basic courses in normal universities from the perspective of teaching materials and teaching methods.3.The study of teaching materials shows that Chinese scholars mainly study the development of sports teaching materials in China based on the social background of different historical periods and the development of the teaching materials themselves,while the related martial arts textbooks are less studied.4.The review of the study of teaching methods shows that the physical education law of our country is gradually perfected,but it is mainly based on "teacher education and student learning".It is basically established around language law,intuitionistic method,complete method,decomposition method,prevention and correction error,game method and so on.In the teaching of martial arts,colleges and universities are still used as a model of "teacher teaching".Teaching is basically used in the way of "explanation demonstration practice",and modern multimedia teaching methods are rarely used.5.The basic selection of Wushu basic course materials for physical education major in Jiangxi university is the national planning textbook "Wushu",which is edited by Cai Zhonglin and Zhou Zhihua.The teaching content of Wushu is based on basic skills,long boxing and Taijiquan,and the content of Wushu teaching presents a simple trend.6.The basic martial arts teaching methods of physical education major in Jiangxi undergraduate colleges and universities mainly adopt the traditional teaching methods of "teacher education and student learning".The teaching methods of Wushu are mainly taught by teachers,demonstrating and leading,and have basically not changed for many years.7.The experimental results show that there are significant differences in interest degree,satisfaction with teaching methods and self evaluation of learning effect before and after experiment.The reform of teaching methods,students in the experimental group significantly increased the level of interest in martial arts,on the reform of teaching methods of self satisfaction significantly enhanced martial arts effect significantly,80% of the students believe that martial arts classroom atmosphere better,students have to practice martial arts,the experimental group with90% students more love teaching methods after the reform,there are nearly 70% of the students think that the teaching organization ability was improved,there are more than 60% of the students think that the technology demonstration ability has beenimproved.Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in interest degree of Wushu,satisfaction of teaching methods,self-evaluation of learning effect,number of exercises after class and classroom atmosphere.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group.The students in the experimental group were better than the control group.The students in the experimental group were better than the group in the autonomy and consciousness of the study.
