Research On The Construction Of The Ability-based Teaching Model Of Wushu Special Course In Physical Education Majors In Five Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi Province

20 century 80s,ability standard as a new mode of education in China spread,its educational idea is the main goal as ability training and development,to cultivate students' comprehensive ability to engage in a post as the core,to the student,through the teaching practice,to promote the cultivation of ability.In order to make the students'knowledge,comprehensive and coordinated development of quality and ability.This paper uses a questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other research methods conducted a survey on the status of teaching and training ability of five Shaanxi Province five colleges and universities Professional Wushu course,and the course of Wushu ability five colleges training problems are analyzed,finally the ability oriented teaching mode in physical education professional Wushu class was trying to construct,and the ability of five sports college physical education professional ability oriented teaching mode of training content and ability of ordering content and framework of the system is studied.Conclusion:(1)The existing teaching mode and present situation of Wushu specialized courses of physical education major in five colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,there are subjective imprison of knowledge based subjective thinking,lack of practical resources and non isomorphism of evaluation indexes in the cultivation of students'ability.The reasons are not only the subjective fetters of teachers' teaching concepts,but also the objective conditions of teaching practice.(2)The core of the ability standard teaching mode of Wushu specialized course of five colleges in Shaanxi Province and universities is the determination of the training target,and the training target has three level indexes,7 first grade indexes,11 two grade indexes and 30 three grade indexes together.The relationship between the three layers is progressive and closely linked,providing clear learning objectives and tasks for practitioners.It will provide a theoretical reference for the determination of the training objectives of other disciplines.(3)The order of ability training of the ability based teaching mode of Wushu specialized courses in five colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province is in accordance with the order of ability to cultivate knowledge,and the necessary 7 kinds of abilities of the specialized martial arts specialized course of sports education are organized in the course of the training of the whole Wushu.To grasp the comprehensive ability of Wushu to provide advice.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of competency based teaching mode for Wushu Majors in five physical education institutes.(4)The framework system of the ability standard teaching mode of Wushu specialized courses in five colleges in Shaanxi Province and universities is centered on the practical teaching of ability training,and according to the content of the contents of ability training,the teaching of theoretical knowledge and the teaching of technical practice are carried out together to complete the learning of ability training.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of competency based teaching mode for Wushu Majors in five PE institutes.Advice:(1)Strengthen the system of practice based on demonstration of the abilityThe theory and system of education teaching ability in practice has just developed this new mode of education in the initial period of development,in many aspects remain to be explored and improved,this is just to construct and try to put forward some reform suggestions from the aspects of theory,and did not carry out a large number of experiments to verify the need for the ability oriented teaching mode further exploration.(2)Improve the ability to cultivate the indicators at all levelsAbility standard teaching mode should strengthen the internal connection of Wushu ability training goal in the ability training of martial arts specialized course,and ability standard education is to cultivate students' comprehensive ability to engage in a certain profession.Therefore,while paying attention to Wushu teaching ability,Wushu training ability and the training of competition organization and referee ability,we should not neglect the cultivation of other abilities.(3)Strengthen the ability oriented teaching mode ability training content of internal relationsAbility oriented teaching mode in cultivating the ability of Wushu Course in sports colleges,should strengthen the ability of Wushu training contents internal relations,competency based education is to cultivate students' comprehensive ability in a certain occupation.So focus on Wushu teaching ability,Wushu training can develop and organize competitions and the referee ability at the same time,also don't neglect the cultivation of other abilities.(4)Strengthen the teaching practice and teaching theoretical knowledge and technology menu teaching linksFramework of ability standard focuses on physical education is a special course of martial arts,martial arts action theory and technology is various,so the practice of teaching and learning theory and technical knowledge should be menu teaching closely together to practice,not disjointed,maintain close knowledge links,make students more efficient learning wushu the technical knowledge and theoretical knowledge,and improve students' ability.
