| Lesson presentation is based on the grass-roots education practice that our country has developed in China and is an important branch of teaching theory.The class was first introduced by the teaching and research section of Hongqi District,Xinxiang City,Henan Province in 1987.Because of its simplicity,flexibility,and practicality,it has been rapidly promoted.It covers teaching and research,professional title assessment,teacher recruitment,and teacher skill assessment.Nowadays,as a kind of pedagogic teaching and research activity,music lectures activities can effectively promote the professional growth of music teachers,constantly modify the music teacher’s educational concepts and education behaviors,and better guide teachers’ education and teaching work,and improve music teachers.Professionalism.However,with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,music lectures are also faced with some problems,such as lack of integration of the content of the lesson;confusion in the selection of class time,lack of system norm;the mode of writing in class is arbitrary,and the connection with new curriculum reform is not enough.The music teacher said that class is a necessary way for the rapid growth of music teachers.This article discusses the related theories and practices of music teachers in class,discusses the current problems of music teachers in class,and finally proposes strategies to promote the development of music teachers’ ability to speak.The structure of this article consists of five parts:The first part: Introduction.This section mainly discusses the background and reasons of this thesis,briefly explains the research purpose and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status of the lecture class at home and abroad,as well as the music teacher class.The second part: The theoretical explanation of music teachers’ theory of class.This paragraph mainly defines the basic concepts of music teachers’ lectures,and explains the basic requirements,basic contents,and basic methods that music teachers should follow.The third part: The current situation and problems of the music teachers’ lectures.In this paragraph,through the examination of the teaching practice of music teachers,the author summarizes the current problems that music teachers have in class and analyzes the causes of the problems in detail.Part IV: The music teacher’s problem solving strategies.This section mainly aims at the current status and problems faced by music teachers in class,and proposes feasible measures from school policies,external conditions and teachers themselves.Part V: Conclusion.This paragraph mainly summarizes the thesis briefly,summarizes the deficiencies of the paper,and puts forward the prospect of the music teacher’s lecture. |
