Study On The Current Situation Of Sunshine Sports In Primary Schools In Fuzhou

Adolescence is one of the most important people in his life time.Adolescence child's physical health is related to their future happiness,the purpose is physical exercise through physical exercise to enhance physical fitness,to promote good health.We attach importance to physical health problems in young people,not only can affect the healthy growth of young people,more to affect people's life and growth and development.The purpose of physical education is to promote the healthy development of people in the study were the development of physical education and physical health education.all sectors of society are constantly sacrifice their own force.With the deepening development sunlight sports,how to promote the development of all areas of Sunshine Sports,became the major theoretical currently facing and how needed practice.Because of our lack of attention to the physical aspects of education,so we should be sustained and healthy development-oriented,promoting the overall development of young people.Therefore,the author also through the study of the field of social forces to explore the feasibility of Sunshine Sports process mode in which to Fuzhou City Elementary School Taekwondo as an example to have the characteristics to be studied.The object of this study is the current situation of sunshine sports for primary school students in Fuzhou.The main research methods of this article are literature,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.Through these methods,the existing problems can be seen before us.Fuzhou city primary school,mainly expounds the status of sunshine sports as well as the existing problems,based on the analysis of the investigation,put forward some suggestions and measures for improving the sunshine sports,provide some reference for the future of Fuzhou city primary school to carry out sun sports.
