In reality of the declining teenagers’ physical corporeity, the country develops“Sunshine Sports” vigorously. Compared to the general health of students, becauseof the relative weakness of the physiological or psychological, part of the group ofstudents always in a passive or disadvantaged situation, the opportunity ofparticipating in sports is also small, even can not participate in the "NationalStudents’ Fitness health standard "test. This group which in relatively weak situationin sport and proposed test-free application and hand in regular hospital medicalrecords or proofed and approved by the relevant departments of the school is calledPE-disadvantaged students. In this study, to583PE-disadvantaged students of fiveuniversities in Shandong Province as the research object. Mainly literature,consulting experts, questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used as researchmethods, the basic situation of PE-disadvantaged students in some colleges anduniversities in Shandong Province and their action in “Sunshine Sports” areresearched. The results show that:PE-disadvantaged students in some colleges and universities in Shandong havea variety of features for domination and use of the leisure life time. Frail students insome colleges and universities in Shandong have a variety of features for dominationand use of the leisure life time. Leisure time of their life is mainly used for Internetor watching extracurricular books, newspapers and magazines, to learn professionalknowledge as well as physical exercise. Participate in after-school physical exerciseas "Sunshine Sports" has gradually been accepted by PE-disadvantaged students ofall ages.Shandong college frail students does not adhere regular physical exercise stillexists a certain percentages, and some of them never take the initiative to participatein after-school physical exercise like “Sunshine Sports” other then school sportsextracurricular. Whether still inadequate in terms of exercise frequency, exercisetime, the majority of survey PE-disadvantaged students to participate in the"sunshine Sports" can not be sustained, it is difficult to meet the claim of the sportsslogan "one hour a day”. The different types of PE-disadvantaged students aredifferent in “Sunshine Sports”. Partial body severely crippled PE-disadvantagedstudents are very laborious. Able to realize motion before and after warm-up andfinishing relaxing activities are very little PE-disadvantaged students, who canrealize and stick to these activities are less, most of PE-disadvantaged students onlydone occasionally. The theoretical knowledge of physical exercise that PE-disadvantaged students need to be mastered is still inadequate. The reality thatmost PE-disadvantaged students are unable to participate in “Sunshine Sports” stillexits and should be solved.Most PE-disadvantaged students do not like participate in physical exercise inan unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people, physical exercise in the companyof friends can be easier for PE-disadvantaged students to let themselves go and ruleout concerns. Due to academic and other pressures, they majority select morning orevening to do “Sunshine Sports”, jogging and walking are all acceptable to boys andgirls, boys tends to ball games, and not able to accept yoga. Girls like body lessintense movement, strength exercises are not interested in the results of their choiceto meet the20-year-old boys and girls in physical and psychological characteristics.Frail students treat “Sunshine Sports” with a right attitude and have a high level ofinitiative. The most of PE-disadvantaged students hope to use sport caring lessonsthat are widely used in colleges to solve the quality of PE lessons, they want collegesoffer elective courses such as fitness theory, also acceptable to relative provisionsmeasures about “Sunshine Sports”.The majority of PE-disadvantaged students in “Sunshine Sports” have no cleargoals or plan, their participation motivation and purpose as follows: physicalrehabilitation, physical fitness, to expand the circle of friends, lifting capacity,entertainment, enhance personal accomplishment with master basic methods ofphysical exercise adaptation.The social and family influence and the sports environment and the attitude ofcolleges are the main impact factors of frail students whether to join “SunshineSports” in Shandong Province.In the view of the above conclusions, this paper elaborates the countermeasuresfrom the aspect of.
