The professional qualities of preschool education masters are important indicators for measuring the level of modern teacher education.Education practice influences the transformation of the training category in master's studies and is the key to achieve the goal of training master graduate students.Collaborative teaching can integrate various resources,from theory to practice,from inside school to outside school,to promote the development of the MPE.Collaborative teaching can provide theoretical support and basis for the decision-making of the training and management of college master tutors,and provide guidance and reference for improving the MPE ability in collaborative teaching and practice to help solve the problems that arise in the collaborative teaching process.Therefore,collaborative teaching is crucial to the growth of the MPE.The study is based on theory of the collaborative innovation,theory of learning organization,theory of multiple interaction,and perspective of pedagogy.It conducts questionnaires and interviews to study 31 masters of preschool education from the freshmen,the sophomores and the juniors of C Normal University.And at the same time,some of the tutors inside and outside the school are interviews face to face from the following four dimensions,namely,goal,content,implementation,evaluation and management of collaborative teaching.Statistics and analysis are conducted on the status quo of collaborative teaching of MPE in C Normal University.The survey finds that the cooperative teaching of the MPE in C Normal University has achieved the following results: 1)The curriculum is reasonable,and it emphasizes the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and the improvement of practice;2)The teaching methods in the collaborative teaching process are flexible and diverse;3)The forms of educational practice are diversified;4)The process of collaborative teaching focuses on double-tutoring education;and 5)Collaborative teaching process is innovative However,there are still problems: 1)The school's training objectives have partially deviated from the pre-service training of professional kindergarten teachers;2)There are fewer classroom teaching practices in collaborative teaching of MPE;3)There is a mismatchbetween theoretical teaching in school and practical teaching outside school;4)The content of collaborative teaching is relatively simple and the case teaching needs to be promoted and perfected;5)The "double-tutoring system" is not implemented in the collaborative teaching process,and the cooperation needs to be improved;and 6)The assessment and evaluation subject of collaborative teaching is relatively simple.Through in-depth analysis,the reasons for the problems of cooperative teaching of MPE in C Normal University are mainly as follows: 1)The professional quality of MPE needs to be improved;2)The concept of collaborative innovation of MPE is vague and conscientious;3)Students' initiative is poor,lacking the atmosphere of communication;4)The coordination between tutors inside and outside the school needs to be improved;5)The roles of tutors inside and outside the school are unclear,and tutors lack synergy;and 6)The collaborative teaching needs strong policy support from schools.Accordingly,in order to better promote the quality of the collaborative teaching of MPE,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed mainly from the objectives,concepts,double-tutoring system,teacher practice,policy,evaluation,etc.They are: 1)to form the basic consensus of collaborative development and to establish a systematic collaborative teaching target system and content;2)to build a platform for an interactive communication to implement the double-tutoring system;3)to establish a collaborative and innovative teaching concept,and to create an atmosphere of effective communication;4)to standardize the implementation of educational practice,making up for the faults in theory and practice,and promoting the deep integration of knowledge and ability;5)to give strong policy support to teachers full professional autonomy,and to ensure the effectiveness of the teaching team;and 6)to establish a standard evaluation system to promote the development of collaborative teaching for MPE.
