Research On The Practical Teaching Model Of Master Of Education In Ideological And Political Discipline

Teaching practical capability is the core capability of master of Ideological and Political Education,and the practical teaching mode of Ideological and Political Education Masters plays a decisive role in their cultivation.Studying the practical teaching mode of the master of Ideological and Political Education discipline and carrying out the reform and improvement with the times is of great significance to optimize the quality of the cultivation of the master of the ideological and political education discipline and to improve the teaching level of the teachers of the ideological and political discipline of primary and secondary schools.This paper takes the form of case study,analyzes the current situation and development of practical education model of ideological and political education master of Tianshui Normal University,summarizes existing problems,and provides objective basis for the reform and improvement of practical teaching mode.Based on the existing problems,the paper explores and constructs a new practical teaching model of ideological and political education masters,focusing on the improvement of the practical ability of ideological and political education masters.In the aspect of the main part of teaching practical guidance,we will establish a guidance mechanism for mutual assistance and cooperation,and strengthen the cooperation between internal and external tutors to achieve the complementarity between the theoretical advantage of the tutor in the school and the practical advantages of tutors outside the school,and ensure to the guidance of the tutor team.In terms of the forms of teaching practical mode,based on the richness of the content of Ideological and Political disciplines and the complexity of Ideological and Political disciplines of masters of education,based on actual conditions,we explore flexible and diverse forms of practical teaching to achieve complementarity among different forms and complement each other.In the aspect of teaching practice base,we take the regularity of education,of Ideological and Political disciplines and market laws into account,and highlight the advancement and the standardization of base construction,the reciprocity of base operations,the diversity of base formation,the simulation of base conditions,etc to fully dig the educational implications of the practice teaching base.In the aspect of the teaching practice evaluation system,we should follow the characteristic of Ideological and Political Education discipline and the development law of students' ideological and moral character,according to the core quality standard of Ideological and Political Education discipline,construct a scientific evaluation system including scientific evaluation standard,the diversification of the evaluation subject and discussed evaluation methods in order to accurately reflect the ideological and political education master's practical teaching effection.
