With the development of knowledge economy globalization intensifying,countries increasingly urgent demand for high-level and applied talents,higher education makes a strong sense of mission.The importance of full-time education master's training as an indispensable part of education system is self-evident.Full-time education master's main training target is to have practical ability strong,professional theory solid,comprehensive accomplishment high school management personnel and skeleton teacher.Education master's quality is largely dependent on the rationality of the teaching practice.Science of full-time teaching practice reform can effectively promote education master's teaching practice ability,so as to meet the needs of basic education school,providing high-level talents.However,full-time master of education training started late in our country,there is still some life in the teaching practice presents the formal training target offset,teaching practice and some other problem can not allow to ignore,full-time master of education reform practice is increasingly showing its urgency and importance.This paper analyzes and studies the teaching practice of education master's teaching practice by using questionnaire survey method,case interview method and case analysis method.The article mainly divides into four parts,the first part introduction,overview of full-time master of education practice reform research background,research purpose and significance of writing,concept definition,literature review,research ideas,etc.The second part of the paper mainly analyzes the present situation of the education master's teaching practice,and points out theexisting problems and the causes.Third part in Guangxi normal university master degree of mental health,education,management as an example,through the analysis of full-time master of education training objectives,combined with the realistic requirement of full-time master of education practice ability promotion,to explore the formation of full-time master of education teaching practice “the science of uniting the four learning” mode,on the basis of the principle of group learning motivation,action research,to construct the theoretical framework of full-time master of education teaching practice training,the specific content of the practice teaching are summarized,the formation of full-time master of education teaching practice to implement the basic essentials.The fourth part to full-time master of education teaching practice link building to carry on the rational analysis,combined with questionnaire survey results,through the form of case analysis in this paper,the implementation effect,analyzes the existing deficiencies and puts forward some feasible Suggestions for improvement,so that the full-time master of education teaching practice “the science of uniting the four learning” mode in the science of uniting the pattern to be more perfect,improve the reference value.
