| The new curriculum ideas Calls for New Teachers. In the new curriculum reform wave of ten years, training teachers professional development has become an irreversible trend, and educational practice is just the only way to promote the professional development of teachers. Since 2009, our comprehensive full-time graduate students have been enrolled from the Master of Education in fresh graduates. However, due to the particularity of Undergraduates, they have learned solid theoretical knowledge of four years, but they lack of practical teaching experience. Therefore their teaching ability in practice need to be paid more attention to improve.Full-time Master of Education degree as a new teacher training methods, in terms of training high-level application-oriented talents for basic education plays an increasingly important role.This thesis, based on the full-time Master of Education provincial teaching’s educational internship and research work in JX province(major in ideological and political), analyzes issues arisen in the process of the ideological and political education full-time master’s educational internship process. At the same time, it reveals the main problems in educational internship process, and makes specific recommendations to solve these problems. It Recommends that graduate colleges should develop masters’ qualities fully through the master’s comprehensive literacy practice before internship, reasonable position of student teacher identity, narrative practice in education to enhance the level of education, and internship focused on teaching reflection and other measures to enhance their overall quality. The graduate colleges can adjust training curriculum, carry out the dual tutorial system of master instructor and college education instructor, and develop practical activities to improve full-time Master of Education guidance mechanism. |
