Children's art is the reflection of children's self-consciousness,and curiosity and enthusiasm for life.Children's art education focuses on inspiring children's creative consciousness,inspiring children's creative potential,cultivating their aesthetic power and promoting their positive emotion,rather than mechanical skills.Art education is divided into three categories: painting,handwork and art appreciation.The teaching behavior of teachers in the art education of young children has a direct impact on the effect of children's fine arts activities.Therefore,art education plays an irreplaceable role in emotional education,aesthetic education and personality development.The teacher is the direct guider and participator of the fine arts education activity.The teachers' words and deeds influence the young children all the time,and the teaching behavior is the key and the core of the teaching.Teachers' undefined teaching behavior in kindergarten art education directly affected the teaching quality and effect of art education,and is the basic condition for carrying out the curriculum concept and realizing the curriculum reform.The author carried on the field investigation to the kindergarten,through observing the fine arts education of the garden and interviewing with the teacher,cooperated the teacher to combine with "the kindergarten education guide outline(try out)","the kindergarten education quality appraisal manual" by the teachers undefined guidance;The teaching behavior of teachers;evaluation / feedback in S kindergarten art education activities was studied by means of as breakthrough point and cut-in point.In this study,the present situation and existing problems of teachers' undefined teaching behavior in the activities were analyzed by means of observation and interview,and the caused of the behavior problems were discussed and the strategies to improve the effectiveness of teachers undefined teaching behaviors were put forward.In the study of action,the "action" of the cooperative teachers presented a step change from the initial "wait and see coordination" to "thinking try" and to "development on the road".To find out the problem of teaching behavior through action research: guidance' behavior: single guidance,direct help is obvious;teaching behavior: "teaching" mainly,not equal to "teaching";evaluation behavior: the specific evaluation is general.After the study of action,the author further analyzed the reasons for the existence of teaching behavior problems: the awareness of teaching activities was weak;teaching reflection is narrow;teachers are weak in professional quality.Finally,from the three aspects of the implementation of the teaching behavior,the implementation of the teaching behavior,and teaching finishing,the effectiveness strategies of teachers' teaching behavior in the education activities of the kindergarten are put forward.
