The professional development of principals is a new core issue under the new situation of China's current education reform and development.It is the principals' responsibility that both lead the teachers to develop and improve the school as a ranks for teachers to develop themselves professionally.Only by developing and improving their professional development level,the principal can enhance the competitiveness of the school in the education industry with the efforts of the teachers and the students,so that their school can be developed in high quality.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the theoretical basis and development path to improve the principals' professional development level in our country.In this thesis,the principal L's personal professional development is divided into three stages,including the pre-employment preparation period,entry adaptation period and competitor growth period.After adopting an interview,the principal's mental and growth experience is shown,from which the influencing factors for the principal to lead the development of the school and the teachers are concluded.Through a comprehensive combing and research on the experience of principal L,the thesis analyzes the influential factors in his professional development,aiming to find out reveal the inspiration to the professional development of primary school principals in China which can provide reference for the headmasters of our country.Based on the findings,it suggests that the principal himself should have the awareness to establish a lifelong development.Besides,the principal should continue to learn and improve his leadership.In addition,he should use the related theory to improve himself in the three aspects.It is very important for the principals to be in line with the system and rationality of the national education community,as well as the proper professional training in order to improve the principal better.In conclusion,the principal should consider the school as the most important stage to improve himself.According to the schools' actual situation,including the both advantages and the disadvantages,he should responsibly formulate a reasonable development plan.Meanwhile,it is necessary for the principal to innovate the educational model and system,being in the forefront of the education field to promote his professional development to a higher level.
