The headmaster is the soul of a school.There is a kind of school for what kind of headmaster there is and it is very important to study the professional development of the headmaster.There are two dimensions to study the professional development of headmasters.One is to study the professional development of the headmaster's group and the other is to study the individual professional development of the headmaster.This study focuses on the professional development of individual headmasters and selects a primary school female headmaster as the research object.In the research,the researchers found that there were differences between male headmasters and female headmasters,and there was not much research on the professional development of female headmasters in the research literature on the professional development of headmasters.Therefore,this study cuts in from the perspective of women and explores the professional development process of female headmasters.This paper analyzes the characteristics of professional development of female headmasters,compares the differences between male and female headmasters,discusses the advantages and difficulties of female headmasters in the professional development process,and presents the professional development of female headmasters in a narrative manner.I hope to provide some reference for headmasters about their professional development.This study mainly uses narrative research methods and survey research methods.First of all,through the literature review,the core concept of "professional development of the headmaster" is defined.while summarizing the contents of the professional development of headmasters included,to tease out the current status of research on professional development of headmasters.Then according to the results of the literature research,we selected the perspective of the study,selected the S headmaster for study subject,and started observation and interviewing.Through the narrative way,it presents the professional development course of S headmaster and the current professional development level of S headmaster.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics of female headmasters in the professional development process and compares and analyzes the differences between female and male headmasters.
