The Study Of The Construction Of Chemical Laboratory And The Present Situation Of Management Of Chemical Laboratory In Senior Middle School

"Regular high school chemistry curriculum standard’ clearly requires students to grasp the skills and methods of basic chemistry experiment through experimental inquiry activities, and further experience the basic process of experimental inquiry, meanwhile, understand the importance of experiment in scientific research and chemistry learning, improve the learning ability of experiment.In 2009 Ministry of education issued the "Regulations on school laboratory" (Basic Education second Department No. [2009]11), to implement the national education policy and to promote the balanced development of education, to improve the quality of education, which demands for strengthening the construction of schools laboratory, which should be more standard, scientific and modern.This paper, according to he requirements of relative theory and policy, uses the method of field investigation, questionnaire research to carry out the research on the status of the construction and the management of chemical laboratory in Wangqing high schools. This pape argues that:the overall construction of Wangqing County high school chemical laboratory is in good way, the total compliance rate was 75.28%, especially the national investment projects are all standard, while the local and school construction projects remain to be improved. Specific data:(1) the shortage of chemical experiment six rooms, area compliance rate was 100%, while the number of the compliance rate of 77.78%. (2) the building of laboratory and general environment are just fine, the overall reached 82.7%. (3) the fixed equipment reached 70.8% overall, not quite ressonable and quite obsolete. (4) chemical laboratory equipment total compliance rate is only 53.8%, far below the standard. (5) chemical laboratory equipment, medicine, general instrument standard rate is 72.7%, the total drug compliance rate is 69%, a school even got 28%.(6)the lack of full-time teachers, and the quality needs to be improved.Aiming at these problems, the paper put forward the suggestions:(1) understand deeply the importance of labtatory in chemistry curriculum standard and the developing of students’quality of chemistry learning. (2) to establish and improve the laboratory management regulations (3) to carry out the training on chemistry teachers and management (4) to pay more attention to solving difficult problems and the features problem (5) to fully dig the resources function of laboratory in reform of chemistry teaching.
