Self management is an important part of education management and school management activities,especially for the education and management of school management,to improve the efficiency of school management,deepen the reform of curriculum in primary and secondary schools,and has important value and promote teachers' professional development process.As engaged in education and teaching of teachers,the level of self management is not only related to teachers' occupation career development and professional growth,have an important impact on the quality of education and talents training.Junior high school students are in adolescence,many middle school students will have varying degrees of treason,middle school teachers'self management ability of junior high school students physical and mental The development also has the big influence.In view of this,this paper investigates the present situation of middle school teachers' self-management ability,and on the basis of this,probes into the training strategies of middle school teachers' self-management ability.This study,through the Changchun B middle school teachers' self-management ability questionnaire and the Changchun B middle school teachers interviews,and the results of the interview and questionnaire data analysis,draw the following conclusions:first.Changchun B middle school teachers' self-management ability overall level,own professional development ability,teachers' moral self-restraint ability,self-evaluation ability,independent scientific research ability and learning ability are all in the general level.All aspects of teachers' self-management ability of Changchun B middle school need to be further improved.Second,Changchun B middle school teachers lack of awareness of active professional development,resulting in Changchun B middle school teachers can not formulate science.Changchun B secondary school teachers' professional development ability is low.Third,Changchun B middle school teachers do not realize the importance of self-discipline.As a result,teachers' concern for students' emotional attitude and values is not enough,which makes teachers' self-restraint ability of teachers in Changchun B middle school low.4th,Changchun B middle school teachers lack a scientific self-evaluation system.As a result,teachers' self-evaluation content,goals and self-evaluation methods are vague,making Changchun B middle school teachers'self-evaluation ability is low.5th.Changchun B middle school teachers lack of energy and time to carry out independent scientific research,did not receive After receiving professional independent scientific research training,teachers lack the professional literacy of independent scientific research,resulting in Changchun B middle school teachers' independent scientific research ability is low.6th,Changchun B middle school teachers lack initiative of autonomous learning.The lack of scientific autonomous learning plan makes the ability of independent learning of B middle school teachers in Changchun low.6.In Changchun city,B middle school teachers 'working pressure is relatively large,so that the emotion regulation ability of middle school teachers in Changchun city is insufficient.7.In Changchun city,B middle school teachers lack self-planning knowledge,so that the self-planning ability of middle school teachers in Changchun city is insufficient.In view of the problems existing in self-management ability of teachers in Changchun B middle school,this study puts forward specific solutions:first,strengthen the consciousness of teachers' own professional development;second,strengthen the construction of teachers' teachers' ethics;third,establish a scientific self-evaluation system;fourth,strengthen teachers' independent scientific research and training;fifth,create teacher self Learning atmosphere;sixth,lighten the workload of teachers;seventh,improve the supportive system of teachers'self-management.
