The training and development of teachers is very important to promote the development of education.The expenditures related to training and developments are both human capital investment and human resource cost.In fact,the teachers' training and development funds is relatively scarce,to this kind of cost-benefit analysis of the allocation of resources for human resources management of school has important theoretical and realistic significance.The article combed the evolution of the research direction of teachers,human capital,contrast to comb the development of the human resources cost theory,research train of thought of school human resource cost.Based on the theory of resource theory,endogenous growth,the human resources cost theory and cost-effectiveness theory.this paper analyzes the limitations of the existing research on teacher training and development.Try from the Angle of training in economics,introducing the cost-effectiveness analysis method to evaluate costs and benefits of teacher training,and the related teacher training program,cost analysis method and gain benefit period concepts are defined.Try to use the national training program training cases in universities and financial management technology inspection cost-benefit analysis the applicability of the model,and then based on the cost-benefit analysis perspective on teachers' development and connotative development path.Based on the above mentioned above,the paper finally looks forward to the development trend and direction of teacher training.
