This study mainly discusses how to use cooperative teaching to promote the professional development of teachers in primary school classrooms.The researchers used a class in the sixth grade of M Elementary School in Suzhou City as a teaching object,and conducted the practice of cooperative teaching with the two Chinese language teachers in the primary school.In this study,two rounds of cooperative teaching were conducted.The teaching was conducted using"One Teach-One Observe",Parallel teaching,and Station Teaching model.After the end of the first round of teaching,teachers' reflection forms,interviews,questionnaires,and teaching diaries were used to summarize.Based on this,the implementation plan was revised,and the second round of teaching was conducted again.After two rounds of teaching,the conclusions of the study were drawn on the basis of two teachings.Research shows that cooperative teaching has a positive effect on the professional development of primary school teachers.At the same time,it is found that the following problems may be encountered in the process of using cooperative teaching to promote the professional development of teachers:promotion of the concept of teacher professionalization,the impact of traditional teaching concepts,the problem that cooperative teachers do not understand the accuracy of cooperative teaching,and the promotion of professional knowledge of teachers In terms of skills,there is a shortage of teachers' professional knowledge and the lack of professional competence of teachers;in terms of promoting professional affection of teachers,there are differences in the overall quality of teachers in cooperation,the negative influence of teachers' mentality in teaching,and the impact of low student participation in classrooms;In terms of consciousness,there is the problem that new teachers are easily dependent on the constraints of older teachers and students' own conditions for cooperative teaching;and there are problems in promoting the professional development of teachers in terms of time constraints and hard facilities such as classrooms.For this reason,the study points out that the following countermeasures can be taken to solve possible problems.For teachers' professionalism,teachers should handle the relationship between the traditional teaching model and the cooperative teaching model.At the same time,the relevant departments should organize the teacher system to study cooperative teaching.For the teacher's professional knowledge and skills,teachers' concepts should be updated,teachers' knowledge should be enriched,and teachers' ability should be enhanced;For the teacher's professional sentiment,it is necessary to focus on the collocation of cooperative teachers.Co-operative teachers should strive to enhance students' participation in the classroom and have a positive attitude in teaching.Teachers must strengthen their own reflective skills and create students' participation in cooperation with teachers'professional issues.The positive conditions for teaching;for teachers' professional development actions,we must ensure that co-teachers have sufficient time for cooperation and improve teaching facilities.
