Influenced by traditional reconsideration——the theory is more important.There are many problems in the practical ability of liberal arts academic postgraduates.The construction of innovative countries not only requires the contribution of natural sciences,but also the prosperity and development of the humanities and social sciences.Therefore,the cultivation of practical abilities for liberal arts graduate students must not be ignored.First of all,theoretical analysis and research on the connotation and structure of practical ability,and combined with the personality and training objectives of liberal arts academic graduate students.points out the structural elements of liberal arts postgraduates' practical ability including communication ability,language ability,comprehensive ability,strain and adaption ability,team-work ability,reconsidering critique ability,data collection and processing ability,logical reasoning ability,teaching practical ability.The chief factors affecting liberal arts postgraduates' practical ability including the personal practical motivation,the practical impact of tutors,the practical environment of school.Using questionnaires and interviews,taking the H-Graduate Academic Graduate Master Degree in H University as the research object,through self-educational university liberal arts academic postgraduates practical ability training questionnaire,the collected data is analyzed by analysis of descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,analysis of correlation and analysis of regression by SPSS software.This paper investigates the correlation between the various dimensions and influencing factors of the liberal arts postgraduates' practical ability,and discuss the differentiation between personal background characteristics and liberal arts postgraduates' practical ability and influential factors.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the sample,it was found that the liberal arts academic masters group has a majority of graduate students and most of the graduate students are urban;Most of the students have experience as class cadres,and there are relatively large numbers of cross-professional graduate students;Most students have no work experience.Take the background factor as a variable,with one-sample T test and one-way ANOVA.There are significant differences in Source of origin,whether he has served as a class cadre,whether he is a cross-professional,whether he has a work experience,grade,the total students number of tutors,mentoring frequency.Correlative analysis and regressive analysis were carried out on the survey data,personal practice motivation,the practice guidance from tutor and school's practice environment.These three factors have a significant correlation with the overall practical ability.There has no significant correlation between "the practice guidance from non-tutor teachers' "and the overall practice ability;The nine dimensions of practical ability are related to the overall practical ability,and the nine dimensions are interrelated and interact with each other.The rank of the influence of three factors on the overall practical ability from big to small is:the practice guidance from tutor>personal practice motivation>school's practice environment.There exist some problems in the cultivation of the practical ability of liberal arts academic graduate students in H university.The female liberal arts academic master graduate student is weak in strain adaptation ability;The practical ability of liberal arts academic graduate students in the rural is still need to be improved.Most liberal arts academic graduate students are lack of work experiences;The students neglect the requirement of cultivating practical ability and hold a correct understanding of the cultivation of practical ability.The tutors' practice instruction is insufficient;The importance attached to practical activities are not enough;The practical ability of the first and third grade students are weak;The practice resources in the cultivation process are still lacking.Here are some suggestions for the cultivation of the practical ability of liberal arts academic postgraduate-students in H university.Attach more importance to the female graduate students' education;Focus on education for postgraduate students in rural areas;To strengthen the practical ability guidance for senior students;Strengthening the self-construction of cross-disciplinary students;Actively guide graduate students to participate in scientific research activities;Fully make the influence of teachers' practical ability;Strengthen the extracurricular communication between teachers and students;Strengthen the practice of educating.
