| With the increasing expand enrollment in 1999, higher education of China has Entered into a popular stage,and the traditional higher education quality condition took place huge variety.So,right understanding current postgraduates'educational quality problem, scientifical analysis the influence factors which restrict postgraduates education quality, for the improvement to the management of the postgraduate education and promoting postgraduate student personal healthy development have important meaning.This article is exactly based on this purpose, in view of liberal arts postgraduates in science and engineering postgraduate different specificity and importance, passing a research to the circumstance of the H university postgraduates'learning adaptability and teacher-student interaction, trying to fully understand the relationship between teacher-student interaction for the liberal arts postgraduate and learning adaptability, in order to find an effective way to improve the quality of postgraduate education for the constructive suggestions ,and with a view to more effectively do a good job in postgraduate education and management to provide a scientific basis.The research takes domestic and overseas research background, and take liberal arts postgraduate as the investigation of objects, through the liberal arts postgraduate student and postgraduates mentor interviews,with the reference dadapts methods such as literature metho, questionnaire investigation method and so on. From the analysis of liberal arts postgraduates' learning adaptability,The research is carried out the demonstration of view of teacher-student interaction on the liberal arts postgraduates'learning adaptability.General results of this study, the following conclusions are:(1) The vast majority of liberal arts postgraduates have different levels of learning adaptability problem, and the learning adaptability's overall development level at all levels show different manifestations.(2)The learning adaptability of liberal arts postgraduate is influenced by three factors from themselves, society & home and university. In the factor of oneself aspect:study motivation, professional interest, marriage status, interpersonal relationships, professional foundation have the certain extent influence to the liberal arts postgraduates' study compatibility; in the factors of family and society:family financial status, family education patterns, professional employment prospect also have the influence to the liberal arts postgraduates' study compatibility; in the factors of school:The study atmosphere in specialized spot,the life study's software and hardware condition,teacher-student interaction have the remarkable impact.(3)Supervisor to student's instruction frequency, management style, exchange content, instruction measure as well as supervisor's charisma, personality temperament, professional dedication and academic level, between students and teachers at the course with the quality of teacher-student interaction has great relevance.(4)The vast majority of liberal arts postgraduates and supervisors acknowledge that a good teacher-student interaction is helpful in enhancing the liberal arts postgraduates' learning compatibility and will help improve the teachers-students relationship, for both teachers and students of a harvest.Finally, based on the above investigation, the researcher give some the related education suggests and proposals for the university management department, liberal arts postgraduates and supervisors with a view to successfully adapt to the promotion of liberal arts postgraduates to study smoothly, health comprehensive development. |
