The Study Of Li Zhenxi's Teaching Style

Teaching style refers to the stable teaching characteristic formed by teachers in long-term teaching.The modern teaching concept emphasizes inquiry,generation and student standard,which also puts forward higher requirements for teachers who are teachers in the classroom.Throughout the current classroom teaching,although the main status of students has been advocated,it is not uncommon to have a form of democracy in practice.The teaching experience and teaching style accumulated by teacher Li Zhenxi in his Chinese teaching practice have an important enlightening effect on the improvement of the above problems.This paper mainly uses case study method and literature research method to explore the teaching style of Chinese democratic teaching philosophy and love of teacher Li Zhenxi.In addition to the foreword,this study is divided into three parts: the first part summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of Li Zhenxi's teaching style,mainly exploring the three characteristics of love,democracy and innovation.The second part analyzes the formation of Li Zhenxi's teaching style,which mainly includes the formation of foundation,forming process and external representation.The third part discusses the enlightenment of Li Zhenxi's teaching style to primary school teachers.The main content of this part is the full text,put forward certain Suggestions mainly from two aspects: first is to organize the teaching of primary school Chinese teachers,from the teaching language,teaching method,classroom atmosphere,teaching content and teaching evaluation in five aspects put forward some proposals for characterization of Li Zhenxi teaching style.Secondly,it is the inspiration of the professional development of Li Zhenxi's famous teacher,and calls on the primary school teachers to pursue the lofty professional ideal,to carry on the teaching reflection in time,and to set up lifelong learning thoughts.The purpose of this paper is to through the examples of specific teaching Li Zhenxi teaching style,promote the elementary school language teacher education to democracy thought and mind education further understand students,and the primary school Chinese first-line teachers' teaching practice are also proposed.The research on the Chinese teaching style of teacher Li Zhenxi is conducive to the implementation of the new curriculum reform by the first-line teachers in the teaching practice,and to learn from the continuous innovation to form their own teaching style.
