In modern distance education and open education under the background of rapid development,MOOC(large-scale open course)all over the world,the pursuit of learners from all over the world,at the same time impact on the transformation of learning style.The number of MOOC learners is huge.Education institutions at home and abroad have established MOOC alliance successively,but in the rapid development environment,compared with the traditional teaching,the learning effect of learners is not optimistic.The reason is that many learners will give up halfway when they study on the MOOC platform.Learners are the main body of MOOC platform,and are the users.MOOC platform provides services for them.Therefore,it is important to ensure that learners' satisfaction with the current MOOC platform is an important topic for the development of moocs.This study introduces the content of customer satisfaction in the business field and studies the factors influencing the satisfaction of MOOC learners.Based on the learner's perspective,this study builds a research model based on the CCSI model of the customer satisfaction index model of tsinghua university in China.After that,moocs are integrated into the unique characteristics of moocs,and some adjustments are made to the initial research model,and the research hypothesis is put forward.According to the relationship between the secondary reference dimension and the primary factor of each factor,the research hypothesis is presented.Then evaluation index based on edit the questionnaire,the questionnaire star platform,WeChat study group and the MOOC platform for discussion issue electronic questionnaire and recovery and finishing,eliminate invalid questionnaires,using SPSS for data analysis,using regression analysis to modify MOOC learning satisfaction research model,to verify the rationality of the hypothesis model.Research results show that: the MOOC teachers team,interaction and learners' expectation,perceived quality is the key to the learning satisfaction influencing factors,can directly or indirectly affect MOOC learning satisfaction,and thus influence learners' learning effect;The size of the learning platform and learners' gender,age,professional background and educational background have no influence on the satisfaction of MOOC.The scale of the MOOC platform and the teacher team are related to the perceived quality.The better the platform image,the better the perception quality of MOOC and vice versa.n this paper,the author according to the final results on how to improve the learners' satisfaction can be constructive Suggestions are put forward,hope this research in the process of improving the MOOC construction and development of our country have certain reference value.
