MOOC is the product of "Internet+Education".With the emerging development of Internet education in recent years,the new online teaching model MOOC has swept the world,the number of MOOC courses and the number of beneficiaries have grown rapidly,and its diversification,openness and online.The characteristics of sexual curriculum strongly impact the world's higher education,and many colleges and universities in China have introduced this new type of education.However,as the individualized needs of college students continue to increase,higher requirements are placed on the course content,page design,and user services of MOOC.College students are the main users of MOOC.Improving the satisfaction of college students is an important topic in the current construction of MOOC.This research applies the customer satisfaction model to the MOOC field,and regards college students as customers.Based on the evaluation model of ACSI,this research discusses the satisfaction and influencing factors of college students in Nanchang about MOOC.This paper will use the students in Nanchang who have used the MOOC platform as the research object,and comprehensively sort out the satisfaction evaluation method.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,based on the ACSI,the paper constructs the MOOC platform for college students in Nanchang.Satisfaction evaluation index system.According to the relevant theoretical basis,the Nanchang college students' MOOC satisfaction survey program was designed and questionnaire survey was conducted.The survey sample data was collected and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out.The basic situation of the respondents was expounded,and the Nanchang university students and 6 universities in Nanchang were analyzed.The average satisfaction of the average.According to the sample data obtained from the questionnaire,SPSS24.0 arid AMOS21.0 were used to conduct empirical research on the satisfaction and influencing factors of MOOC in Nanchang City.In this paper,the factor analysis method is used to evaluate the MOOC satisfaction of six colleges and universities in Nanchang,and the evaluation indicators with strong explanatory and low correlation are selected,and the variables are evaluated.The comprehensive satisfaction scores of six universities in Nanchang are obtained.Based on the structural equation modeling method,the satisfaction model of college students' platform is constructed based on the ACSI customer satisfaction model.The factors affecting the MOOC satisfaction of college students in Nanchang are studied.Based on the 400 valid questionnaires collected,this paper analyzes the satisfaction and influencing factors of the MOOC platform in Nanchang.The empirical results show that:(1)Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics has the highest overall satisfaction among the six universities in Nanchang.The students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics are more recognized for the construction of the platform.The overall satisfaction of the MOOC platform at Nanchang University is low,and the promotion and promotion of the platform needs to be strengthened.Jiangxi Normal University,Donghua University of Technology,and Nanchang Hangkong University scored a good overall satisfaction score,above the average score.The comprehensive satisfaction score of East China Jiaotong University is slightly inferior,and the spread of the platform in East China Jiaotong University needs further advancement.(2)Perceived quality,perceived value,college students' expectations,college students' MOOC satisfaction,and willingness to use can directly or indirectly affect the satisfaction of college students' MOOC platform.College students expect a significant positive impact on perceived quality;college students expect a significant positive impact on perceived value;perceived quality has a significant positive impact on college students' MOOC satisfaction;college students' MOOC satisfaction has a significant positive impact on their continued willingness to use.To influence.Perceived quality will directly affect college students' MOOC satisfaction.Therefore,MOOC platform content,page design and user interaction are the key points in building MOOC platform.College students expect to directly influence perceived quality and perceived value,indicating that the construction of the platform needs to be improved according to the needs of users.College students' MOOC satisfaction will directly affect the willingness to continue to use,indicating that the higher the MOOC satisfaction of college students,the more people will continue to use the platform,and the construction of the MOOC platform will be strengthened.(3)The excellent course content is the basis for college students' satisfaction with the MOOC platform.The course content,page design and user interaction of the MOOC platform will directly affect the satisfaction of college students on the MOOC platform,thus affecting the number of college students using the MOOC platform.The expectations of college students on the MOOC platform will affect the perceived quality and perceived value.The construction of MOOC platform content will be adjusted according to the existing expectations of college students.The higher the expectations of college students on the MOOC platform,the higher the quality of the MOOC platform will be high.At the end of this paper,based on the empirical results and related theoretical foundations,constructive suggestions for improving the satisfaction of college students' MOOC platform are put forward,in order topromote the orderly development of Chinese college students' MOOC platform.
