A man is learned from a young man.Preschool education occupies an important position in the whole education system.With the development of China's science and education strategy and the continuous improvement of talent strategy,more and more rural parents,especially the 80 and post-90 s parents,not only pay more attention to early childhood education on the basis of learning knowledge,but also actively participate in early childhood education.They also made strict demands on early childhood education and future education,and made relevant plans.However,the current rural preschool education can not meet its needs.The development of preschool education in rural areas is not balanced,unreasonable and inadequate,mainly in the state of rural public kindergartens,private kindergartens and unlicensed kindergartens.In recent years,rural basic education has been developing rapidly.The gap between urban and rural economic development leads to the opening of the government's input distance to the rural basic education resources,and the limited investment funds except the government,as well as the idle and wasteful situation of a large number of educational resources caused by the adjustment of the distribution of compulsory education schools since 2012,which makes the rural preschool education and the rural basic education poor.The distance is gradually widening,which is contrary to our current emphasis on the balanced development of educational resources and the value orientation of educational equity.How to increase the construction of Rural Kindergartens,improve the efficiency of the use of resources in the rural preschool education and the rational allocation of rural basic education resources will be an urgent task to be solved in the reform of rural preschool education in China.In this paper,through the literature research,observation and field interview,this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the current rural basic education resources allocation,and points out the dilemma of the development of Rural Kindergartens,and points out the direction for the development of Rural Kindergartens,according to the status analysis of Rural Kindergartens in Qingfeng county.At present,there are a series of problems in the layout of Rural Kindergartens: the irrational layout of Rural Kindergartens not only increases the cost of students' entrance,but also aggravates the burden of rural families;the way children go to the kindergarten is lengthening;the blind integration of the teaching points of Rural Kindergartens makes the preschool teachers lack the work and can not guarantee the quality of education.The layout of the rural kindergartens is not reasonable,not only does not integrate the educational resources,but also,because of the newly built kindergartens,it also leads to the increase of local financial education funds and the idle waste of educational resources in some teaching points.In some areas,the interests and feelings of parents of rural children are not guaranteed by their children's preschool education,which will directly affect social stability.In order to achieve good development in Rural Kindergartens,we should first define the functions of the township government,increase the financial input,adjust the layout of the rural kindergartens,build public kindergartens and actively support the private kindergartens,and gradually build up the central kindergartens as the main body,the village primary school(Fu Youban),the private kindergarten.To supplement the diversified development pattern of preschool education in rural areas,every rural child can afford kindergarten.At the same time,in the development of Rural Kindergartens,the government should strengthen the government supervision and management of Rural Kindergartens and parental supervision and participation mechanism,make full use of local characteristic resources to set up ecological series courses,create local characteristics of kindergartens,so as to improve the management and education level of Rural Kindergartens.
