In the era of knowledge economy,the importance and urgency of knowledge sharing is highlighted.In the field of education,one side is the huge increase of educational knowledge and the call for the development of teachers profession;another side is knowledge loss intentionally or unconsciously.In response to social development and educational development,we must attach great importance to teachers' knowledge sharing.Teachers' knowledge sharing is an important activity to promote the professional development of teachers.The ways of teachers' knowledge sharing such as mentoring,collective lesson preparation,class evaluation,school-based teaching and research,are the media and effective guarantee of teachers knowledge sharing.By combining domestic and foreign literatures,the paper founded that research of ways to implement teachers' knowledge sharing is relatively limited.Through clarifying the relevant concepts and theory of teachers' knowledge sharing,this can help the development of individual teachers,social groups,and the knowledge.This paper adopts approach of interview to research the topic.Firstly,it analyzes the existing problems of teacher's knowledge sharing in the current junior middle schools,such as mentoring,collective preparation,observation,BBS Education Forum,school-based teaching and research,and teacher's studio.Secondly,it sums up the problems of teachers' knowledge sharing approach: lack of thinking and details during preparation;the problem of adaptability with expert autocracy and ignoring novice;formalism and lack of effectiveness during processing;lack of system and imbalance of management.Thirdly,in the view of organization,culture and individuals,it listed knowledge sharing factors of implementation including the pyramid organization with imperfection of organizational incentive mechanism,the culture of egoism and lack of culture sharing environment and mutual trust,lack of personal reflection and sharing skills.Finally,it gave four strategies which may effectively promote teachers knowledge sharing,including clarifying sharing contents and highlight the advantages of teachers knowledge sharing;clarifying ways of sharing to show the effectiveness of knowledge sharing;deepening sharing effects and highlighting the introspection of teachers' knowledge sharing;strengthening sharing management and increasing effectiveness of teachers knowledge sharing.
