Knowledge economy age shows the importance of knowledge sharing. In the education field, with the number increase of knowledge, teachers' professional knowledge development is needed strongly, knowledge is divided as conscious part and unconscious one. In response to the social development and education development, we must pay close attention to the teacher's knowledge sharing.This study reviews domestic and foreign literatures about knowledge sharing of teachers.This study suggests that teachers' knowledge sharing research is still in the early stage. For teachers, researching the knowledge sharing can benefit teacher's value-added knowledge, lifelong learning and professional development. For students, teachers' knowledge sharing behavior can promote students' learning, which can become a model of students knowledge sharing. For school, the knowledge sharing of teachers can reduce the loss of knowledge and promote the development of the school.Previous studies have divided the level of knowledge sharing, but with still exist some deficiencies.Based on the characteristics and the classification of knowledge, this paper puts forward eight kinds of teachers' knowledge classification and divide them into three levels of teachers' knowledge sharing.Among them, the outer layer-low level of knowledge sharing content includes competitive dominant non-professional knowledge, competitive tacit non-professional knowledge, non-competitive dominant non-professional knowledge and non-competitive tacit non-professional knowledge.The outer layer-low level of knowledge sharing to promoting the value of teacher's professional development is not great. The middle layer-general level of knowledge sharing includes non-competitive dominant professional knowledge, most of competitive dominant professional knowledge and a little non-competitive tacit professional knowledge.The middle layer-general level of knowledge sharing is easy to find and good for professional development of teachers. The core layer-high level of knowledge sharing content includes a little competitive dominant professional knowledge, most of non-competitive tacit professional knowledge and competitive tacit professional knowledge. The core layer-high level of knowledge sharing is the ultimate goal of knowledge sharing and professional development of teachers.In order to seek the obstacles about the high level of knowledge sharing, this paper has designed the interview outline. Through this, especially the indepth interview, the result is the obstacles about high level of knowledge sharing mainly come from three aspects; there are teachers, organization and knowledge. Through the analysis of obstacles, and corresponding the level of knowledge sharing, the paper gives different strategies for different level of knowledge sharing, such as learning knowledge, exercising the ability for knowledge sharing, building sharing platform and sharing system, adjusting organizational structure, cultivating shared atmosphere and so on. Finally, the paper provides a reference for the further researches of knowledge sharing.
