In 20th century,the family planning policy in the 1970s and 1980s brought about a large number of one-child families in our country.Along with the series of effects on life caused by the loss of independence,Among those who lost independence,there was a special vulnerable group,such as "separated and divorced women," that is,women who lost their marriage because they lost their fertility after they lost their only child.They lost their marriage because of their age.Physiological problems have lost their ability to reproduce forever,and they have experienced the double dilemma of "losing independence"and "divorce".Under the double pain of life,they are faced with many difficulties,mainly in the aspects of economy,psychology and life care.This is about social work such as He better put forward higher demands for the services of divorced women.Based on the basic vision of social support theory and Ellis ABC theory,this paper collects and collates the relevant literature on the case study of women who have lost their independence and divorced,and interviews with women who have lost their independence and divorced in L street of Changsha City,Hunan Province.Using the method of individual social work to intervene and make full use of the techniques of acceptance,respect,empathy,listening,support,etc.,to help alleviate and improve the plight faced by women who have lost their independence and divorce,and to help them step by step out of the shadow of loss of independence and divorce.The article is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction of this paper,including the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status.In the second part,the author introduces the basic situation of L street research sample,the living conditions and causes of the divorced women,and summarizes their living predicament after losing independence and divorce,the second part combines with the in-depth interviews with the research object,and introduces the basic situation of the L street research sample,the living condition of the divorced women and the causes of their life.For example,the economic situation is not optimistic,the psychological state is worrying,the life care is difficult and so on.The third part presents the practical process of social work in the L street of Yuhua District,Changsha,which is a true description and reflection of the psychological trauma of the divorced women.Demonstrated the intervention effect of the case social work method on the divorced women.Part 4th The conclusions of this study are summarized,and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the professional methods of government,society,individuals and social workers,so as to provide enlightenment for the intervention of family social work and elderly social work.It provides a reference for policy formulation and a solution for the group of women who have lost their independence and divorces.It is helpful to improve the social security system for the aged.It also tries to provide reference and reference for helping the "separated and independent women" to extricate themselves from the predicament of life and to promote their happiness.
