The Intervention Of Social Works On Self-cognition Of Middle-aged Divorced Women

In recent years,the divorce rate in China has been on the rise,resulting in more and more social problems.Among them,the negative reaction caused by the self-perception of middle-aged women after divorce is particularly prominent,and their living conditions are worrying.Based on M divorced middle-aged women in the community of chengdu as the research object,using interview method,literature method,questionnaire survey method,collecting,organizing,summarizes the M divorced middle-aged women's awareness and understanding of self cause long-term negative self assessment,including divorced period in the self experience of subjective question,divorced middle-aged women lack of their own self-monitoring ability,etc.;Then,it analyzes the causes of the cognitive status,mainly including the lack of a correct view of marriage,the lack of resilience to cope with divorce,the selective acceptance of public opinion,etc.On this basis,the self-cognitive needs of divorced middle-aged women in M community were extracted,including facing up to their emotional reactions,establishing a positive self-outlook on life,linking resources,obtaining social support and achieving self-enhancement.Finally,the professional theory of social work is applied to help middle-aged divorced women in M community to correct their wrong self-cognition,such as using ABC theory to change the self-experience of the subject,using Dominant perspective theory to improve the subject's self-monitoring,and using de-labeling theory to change the subject's self-evaluation.Through individual cases and group work methods,it helps middle-aged divorced women in M community to vent their emotions,realize self-acceptance,improve their social support network,and finally promote their self-cognitive reconstruction.
