The Research Of Case Work Working Method Intervening In Dilemma Situation Among Women Who Divorced Caused By Losing Their Merely Child

The family planning policy as one of basic national policies in China are implemented to avoid the excessive growth of Chinese population. It has certain practical significance of progress and development to our society. However, social risks we should burden are increasing than years ago. In recent years, a new group appeared in our society, which is a group losing their merely child, and among these people, women who lose their merely child and it became the leading factor to their failure marriage makes these women become a special vulnerable group. From the time sequence, the losing of their merely child caused to divorce. Specifically speaking, these women lack of fertility ability, so they cannot get pregnant even if they want another baby after losing the previous one.These women suffering from losing their child, in the meanwhile, the pain of divorce they should also tolerant. Under all these tortures, the difficulties they should faced with are a huge challenge.With the perspective of social work profession, under the direction of the Maslow hierarchy of needs theory, cognitive theory, social support network theory and other relevant theory, and using the practical working methods of social work profession like acceptance, respect,empathy, listen, clarify and support to alleviate their painful and improve their ability of facing difficulties. The author combine case work working method with the characteristics of this group, try to help them gradually out of the shadow of losing merely child and the restoration of normal life. Firstly, through semi-structured interviews, receive a certain degree of understanding and the basic situation about this group,then analyze the difficulties and needs of these women The available resources make the author picking one from the interview objects as the client of the case work possible. Based on the analysis and predicted evaluation of this serving object, the target and plan can be make out and then, use the skills and methods of case work to carry out the servingschedule. Through the final evaluation we can find out that the service object of aunt A’s emotions and behaviors has undergone a series of changes,which shows the casework interventions does some contributions to it.At the end of the article, the author do reflection work about this whole serving work, based on the shortcomings existed in the study, the author put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures for improvement. This thesis is an exploratory study about using case work working method which is as one of three working methods of social work profession to intervene women who divorced caused by losing their merely child, hope this research can provide some references and help this group get problem solved..
