The Report Of The Group Work Project For University Students’ Communicative Ability Improvement

The university is an important stage of socialization for the students’interpersonal communication developing.And learning the method of interpersonal communication, mastering interpersonal communication skills,enhancing interpersonal communication skills and establishing a good interpersonal relationship are of great significance for them to optimize the learning environment and to promote their own development, especially to adapt to the society.Nowadays, quite a few university students addicted to the communication in the virtual world provided by some electonic products in the internet. In a way, they reject or refuse the face-to-face communication. This is not only to a certain extent affect the acquisition of their interpersonal skills and personality development and perfection, but also further influence their social adaptability. It will be a disadvantage for their growth and the work in the future.This study based on the social work theory of "Group Dynamics","Symbolic Interactionism", "The Looking Glass Self and so on, using the group work method of the interpersonal communication skills team work projects practice, exploration and attempts to put forward the effective path and method of improving the interpersonal communication ability of students in X university.The project practice proves that the team work is an important way to improve university students’ interpersonal communication ability. The combination of virtual and reality interactive mode are the effective measures which can inspire the interest of the university students’ interpersonal communication and enhance initiative in communication. And to train "empathy", develop "empathy", teach communication skill are the essential way to improve university students’ interpersonal communication ability.The innovation of this study is to put forward to the patten of the interpersonal skills " by the network communication tool to promote the real interpersonal communication ability enhancement".
