Young people are the most active group in society, and adolescent socialdevelopment is closely related, their development is greatly influenced by socialchanges. Middle school students are faced with various problems in life, there are avariety of development demand, and interpersonal communication demand is one ofthe most urgent demand. Interpersonal relationship on the mental health of middleschool students, more and more attention. How to improve interpersonal skills ofstudents, how to improve students’ interpersonal relationship is public opinions aredivergent. This paper is to study the practice of small scale, from the current situationof middle school students interpersonal skills, through the method of group work,practical help part of interpersonal lack of middle school students to improve theirinterpersonal ability, promote group work training in the application of studentsinterpersonal skills.This paper selects L city C area of a department of junior high school students ofone class in the junior group work activities at the time of physical education, aimingat the practice research and exploration of the cultivation of students’ ability ofinterpersonal communication, discusses the method of group work culture appliedresearch on middle school students’ interpersonal skills. Results: members of thegroup have significant differences in group activities, present level of development tothe good trend, indicating that the culture method of group work on middle schoolstudents’ interpersonal skills can promote the role. That group work can play apositive role in cultivating students’ interpersonal skills.
