| By visiting and investigating Hunan fine arts special grade teacher group,we has grasped the basic situation of the special group and completes the degree thesis.Through the analysis and the elaboration to this group and its typical representatives,we try to grasp the basic conditions for the election of special art teachers irn Hunan and analyze their typical growth process,expounding the basic achievements and characteristics of this group.By analyzing the questionnaire of students and teachers,we abstract the basic image of Hunan art teachers,and finally put forward the inspiration and thinking about cultivating excellent art teachers.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction:first of all,the purpose and significance of this paper is put forward,and the basic situation of the research on special teachers and art teachers in China is sunmmarized,and the research ideas,methods and innovations of this paper are briefly described.Chapter one:it summarizes the basic conditions of Hunan super teachers' selection and the basic situation of being elected to be Hunan art special grade teachers,including age,sex,position and distribution area,and makes the four models of this group as an example.This paper expounds the course of their growth individually,and analyzes the internal and external factors of their growth.The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the basic achievements and characteristics of Hunan fine arts teachers from the perspective of the whole,including their achievements in research,teaching(including art creation),talent training and so on.Chapter three:through the sampling investigation of teachers and students,it abstracts the basic image of Hunan excellent(super)art teacher.The fourth chapter:through the research on Hunan fine arts special grade teacher group and the enlightenment of it,it proposes some thoughts and suggestions on how to develop outstanding fine arts teacher in the future,especially the young art teacher. |
