The ultimate goal of education is to improve the quality of the nation, and the fine artseducation plays an important role in the implementation of quality education. But insome areas of fine arts education in rural schools has been at a disadvantage position.According to the administrative division, and no strict distinction between urban andrural areas, but most of the time we called township (town) level as rural areas.
