Moral Education Research On The Grandparents Upbringing Children In The Rural Area

Grandparents upbringing is a social problem that has emerged in the process of social modernization and urbanization in our country.There are many problems of children's safety,health,education and so on.Among them,the issue of moral education is particularly worthy of attention.However,in the children's family education,there is not enough emphasis on the morality of children,which has caused some hidden dangers and problems of children's moral education.Chinese scholars mostly focus on the perspective of school education for the analysis of grandparents upbringing children's moral education.There are few researches on the perspective of the children's family education.From the perspective of family education research,this study investigated a case family X,then started with the daily life of the family,revealed the real life state of children.On this basis,the present situation and problems of children's moral education were analyzed.The analysis found that parent's departure led the weakening of children's moral education,grandparents had a dilemma in implementing moral education to children,As the most important moral model for children to observe and imitate,parents were withdrawn from the daily life of children as a result of their work.Grandparents didn't have enough quality and realize the significant of children's moral education.There was a huge difference between the moral education content that grandparents and school education offered.And the moral education method of grandparents were traditional and stationary.There were negative factors to children's moral education in rural society.The rural community has failed to make full use of the moral education function.These are the main causes of the above problems.Then this study puts forward some improvement strategies.
