A Study On The Causes And Countermeas Ures Of The Phenomenon Of "Grey Rhino" In Primary And Middle School Campus Soccer

In 2017,the country has completed the establishment of 20200 schools with campus football characteristics,three years ahead of schedule to complete the phase of construction tasks.With the initial appearance of the three-dimensional pattern,campus football will step into the stage of upgrading and transformation at present and in a period to come.It is an important gateway from high speed development to high quality development and gives birth to important development opportunities.But this period is often also a period of high risk window.Preventing and defusing major risks is the most important battle to win and build a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also an inevitable requirement for opening the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Campus Football as the basis for strengthening the reserves of Football in China to realize the Revitalization of Football A national strategy to effectively eliminate risks is also a major challenge to the sustainable development of campus football.This research takes the phenomenon of "gray rhinoceros" in middle and small campus football as the research object,uses the literature method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the field observation method,the mathematical statistics method,the logic analysis method and so on,to Lanzhou City Chengguan District,Qilihe District,Anning District,etc.A total of 12 football characteristic schools were established in Xigu District in 2015,2016,junior middle school and nine years.The phenomenon of "gray rhinoceros" in middle and primary schools was investigated and analyzed,and the causes of the phenomenon were investigated and countermeasures were put forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the hidden trouble in the safeguard measures is the "grey rhinoceros" phenomenon on the surface.The interaction of various factors will hinder the campus football,including the shortage of the site and the lack of necessary football venues for the students;The fund input is difficult to meet the actual needs of campus football development,the difference between schools is great,the implementation is not specific;the system of safety and security measures is still not perfect;the school level organization of campus football is set up,There are deficiencies in student motivation mechanism and football talent transfer,and lack of necessary social support for the development of campus football.(2)the lag of teaching reform,the narrow popularity and the form of football are the "gray rhinoceros" phenomenon in the middle level.If it is not handled properly,it will have a certain impact on the future of the campus football,including the inadequately protected football professional teachers as the main body,the relevantpolicy documents have not been effectively implemented;some schools are only based on the school team.Football activities are difficult to achieve full participation;soccer activities during the big break are mainly football exercises,and there are certain formalism tendencies.(3)the lack of students' dominant position and the limited participation in football activities are deep "grey rhinoceros" phenomena.If not solved in time,it will lay a serious risk hidden danger for campus football,including the failure of teaching work to be student-oriented.There is a phenomenon that students like football rather than football lessons,students and football activities do not form a close relationship,independent participation is limited,can not meet the needs of the activities.(4)the cause of the phenomenon of "gray rhinoceros" in primary and secondary school football is the result of the comprehensive action of various factors in the current stage of social development.The direct reasons are: the serious thought of utilitarianism,the establishment of school with campus football characteristics is a little hasty.There is a tendency towards "task indicators",and the relevant work is difficult to follow up;the policy documents themselves are relatively vague in terms of poor policy implementation,insufficient refinement of work requirements,and poor implementation environment.The lack of policy execution due to unequal interests,the lack of effective implementation of the concept of school football education lagging behind the new curriculum reform,the existence of irrational understanding of football items in the implementation of work,and the students' difficulty in doing so Test the true charm of football.(5)the solutions to the phenomenon of "gray rhinoceros" in middle and primary schools are as follows: firmly promoting the establishment of football characteristic schools,actively preventing hidden dangers of problems,popularizing scientific ideas,recognizing and correcting deviations,ensuring that the measures of guaranteeing football on campus are put in place;Perfect the guarantee mechanism of campus football policy implementation;take the student as the center,optimize the football teaching and popularizing work;strengthen the football
