Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Development Path Of Campus Football In Hunan Primary And Middle Schools

In recent years,the development of campus football has been highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.A series of football-related activities,such as the campus football culture festival,the football league and the football gymnastics,have been carried out one after another,campus football in Hunan Province has made progress in stages,but the problems in the process of development are also gradually highlighted.The paper takes the present situation of the development of school football in Hunan Province as the research object,by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation,the present situation of the development of campus football in primary and middle schools in Hunan Province is understood,and the problems existing in the development process are analyzed and studied,in order to provide some references for the sustainable development of football in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Hunan Province has incorporated football into the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary schools and compiled football teaching materials,strengthen the football teaching content,but the school-based football teaching material development degree is nothigh,the rationality of the teaching content design is not enough.It is suggested that we should deepen the teaching reform,enlarge the influence of campus football,combine football with "sports and ART 2 +1 Project",and develop the teaching material of campus football actively.(2)the number of high-level sports teams and higher-level teams in Hunan Province has increased,but there are some problems such as unbalanced regional development of competition and training level,large gap between urban and rural areas,inadequate prevention and control of injury risks and assistance in competition and training,and single channel for talent transportation.It is suggested that the competitive training system should be improved to balance the development level.(3)campus football has been further popularized in Hunan Province,but due to some school leaders' lack of attention to campus football,parents' prejudice against their children's participation in football,and students' pressure to "study and train",resulting in low student engagement.The construction and propaganda of campus football culture need to be further strengthened to enhance participation.(4)the team of teachers of campus football in Hunan Province has been strengthened and the training has been further strengthened,but there are few special teachers,few training opportunities,and the system of teacher training needs to be improved The football teacher work load is big,the incentive action insufficiency and so on question.The trainingsystem needs to be further improved to improve the salary of teachers at the grass-roots level.(5)the campus football in Hunan Province has increased its investment in the field equipment and facilities,but the per capita occupancy rate of the field is relatively low,the opening rate of the field to the outside world is low,and the utilization of the field equipment is not sufficient;the management system of the field equipment is not sound,lack of management and maintenance.In the construction of the site should be more scientific and reasonable,the need to integrate multiple resources,increase site utilization.(6)the input of campus football funds in Hunan Province has been increasing year by year,but most of the football funds can not meet the normal development of football activities in grass-roots rural schools and non-special schools.The use of campus football funds should be further standardized and transparent,and seek multi-channel financing.
