Under the background of the current campus football development,the development of non-sports college students football can not only drive the development of football in our province,but also promote the campus football culture.At the same time,it also promotes the development of school sports.By collecting and collating the relevant documents,it is found that the present research on the construction of college football team is mainly focused on the construction of high level football team,and the research on the formation and management of ordinary college football team is less.Training for high-level football teams,after all,is only for a few people.Their training means,is also the ordinary college students can not reach.The average college football team training level is relatively low,the average students have a opportunity,this is the average student oneself participates in the training team.It can also stimulate students to participate in training and competitions,students to improve their awareness of sports and fitnessIn order to understand the formation and management of No.1 football team in general colleges and universities in Gansu province,this paper investigates the formation and management of No.15 teams in No.1 football team in 2017-2018 "special step" Chinese college football match(Gansu tournament area)by means reasoning.The formation and management system of a football team in a group of colleges and universities in Gansu province are also described and analyzed.The results are as follows: 1.The number of football teams in group A of ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu province is less than 2.3 In Gansu province,there will still be a football team in the first group of colleges and universities,and there will be no systematic training and insufficient financial guarantee.The sports facilities of the ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province are not ideal and can not effectively provide the training of sports teams.The training fund is short.The title of 4 coaches is reasonable,but the full-time coach is shortAccording to the above problems,the following development countermeasures are put forward: 1 Gansu ordinary colleges and universities should take advantage of the development of campus football activities,combine the specific situation of their own schools,set up their own school football team,and expand the number of football teams in Gansu University.2 The leader in charge of sports should change his idea and fully realize the importance of scientific training.Strengthen administrative management,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of athletes training,promote the scientific development of sports teams.3 To improve the scientific systematization of the training of football teams of group A in the colleges and universities of Gansu province,to obtain sponsorship from all aspects of society,and to solve the problem of good funding.Take part in various competitions to improve the level of sports.Investment in school sports funding should be increased.To solve the problem of maintenance and replacement of sports facilities,we can solve it through social sponsorship and the use of sports facilities for social personnel.4 For the general colleges and universities in Gansu Province to provide coaches to the Football Association or better performance of the universities for training.
