In recent years, campus football has become a hot spot, and college football has a representative significance in campus football.According to existing investigations and researches on college football, although the venues and facilities of major colleges and universities are relatively complete, there are big differences in management status, training implementation and training effects of college football teams.Take the women's football teams participating in the Group A college women's football match of the 19 th Provincial Games of Jiangsu Province as an example. Not all of these teams are high-level teams.Among them are teams composed of sports majors and ordinary majors.Teams, and the management models of these college women's football teams are different, such as admissions management, training and competition management, funding management, coach management, academic management and daily life management. As we all know,"three points of training and seven points of management","scientific management is productivity",the establishment of a sound scientific management model is of profound significance to the unified learning and training of sports teams and achieving good competition results. Therefore, from the perspective of scientific management,it is very necessary to promote the training quality of Chinese college women's football and improve the performance of the competition. This article takes the women's football match in Group A of the 19 th Provincial Games of Jiangsu Province as the starting point, takes the women's football team participating in this game as the survey object, and takes the management mode of the university's women's football team participating in this game as the research object.Through literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, comparative research method, and logical analysis method, the management philosophy and management system of the high-level women's football team in Jiangsu Province are analyzed. In addition,a comparative study was conducted on the training goal management, enrollment management, training and competition management, funding management, coaches, academic management and life management of ten college women's football teams in Group A of the 19 th Provincial Games of Jiangsu Province. In view of the factors restricting the development of the management of women's football teams in universities in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the management models of three different types of university women's football teams, summarizes the excellent management experience among them, and provides corresponding management strategies for the women's football teams in Jiangsu Province And the theoretical basis for management development.Through in-depth research, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of management concepts, the Group A college women's football team of the 19 th Provincial Games of Jiangsu Province adheres to the "people-oriented" management philosophy, always emphasizes the all-round development of athletes, advocates enhancing the value of athletes, and combines "winning the standard and educating people" The goal of management is to train high-quality sports talents for the country.(2)In terms of management system, the college women's football team in Group A of the 19 th Provincial Games of Jiangsu Province is divided into an external management system and an internal management system. The external management system is a three-level management system under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration. The internal management system is a management system from the "three divisions" and "third lines" to the athletes' team committees.(3)In the management of training goals, the training goals of women's football in Category A colleges and universities are clear. The primary goal is to promote the development of football in the school and make it a new channel for school extracurricular physical exercise;the secondary goal is to pass the school's women's football team Participate in national, provincial, and municipal competitions to get rankings to promote the school and expand its influence in colleges and universities. The B and C colleges and universities regard serving inter-school football matches and promoting the development of campus football as their main training goals.(4)In terms of enrollment management, all female football players in Category A colleges and universities are high-level athletes, and there are special admission methods and reasonable special test content for female football players. Most of the female football players in Category B colleges and universities are sports majors, while the female football players in Category C colleges and universities are mostly ordinary professional students. There is no specific admission method for female football players in B and C colleges and universities, and there is no fixed and reasonable special program.Test content.(5)In terms of training and competition management,A-type colleges and universities Jiangnan University,Jiangsu Normal University,Jiangsu University, and C-type colleges and universities women's football Nanjing University use a year-round systematic training, while other schools use concentrated training before the game.In terms of competition arrangements, the A-type college women's football team can participate in 2-4 provincial and above-level matches each year, while the B and C-type college women's football teams are temporarily formed before the game, and most of them are played every four years. In terms of this game volume is far from enough.(6)In terms of funding management, the funding for women's football in category B and C colleges is 30,000 to 50,000,which is far less than the funding for women's football in category A colleges and universities, while the funding for women's football in category A colleges and universities is at least 60,000 and more can reach 600,000.Except for Nanjing Normal University which is partly self-raised,partly sponsored by Changzhou University, and partly funded by Nanjing University, most of the funding for women's football in other three types of colleges and universities of A,B,and C comes from school funding, and the funding source is single.Women's football should use multiple channels to raise funds.(7)In the management of coaches, women's football coaches in the three types of colleges and universities of A,B,and C have all obtained relevant teaching qualification certificates, all of which are undergraduate or above, and have obtained relevant teaching results.Three types of universities Women's football coaches all have high professional standards, but some have relatively short coaching years.(8)In terms of academic management, female football players in Category B and C colleges and universities are no different from ordinary students, and the school system arrangement is inflexible and inflexible, while the school system arrangements in Category A college women's football are flexible. However, the autonomous learning ability and enthusiasm of female football players in Category A colleges and universities is not strong, while the learning autonomy of female football players in Category B and C colleges is obviously stronger than that of female college football teams in Category A.(9)In terms of life management, except for Jiangnan University in the women's football of A-type colleges and universities, which adopts coach management,Nanjing Institute of Physical Education adopts multiple management, other colleges and universities adopt departmental counselors for women's football life management.management.This single management method does not take into account the particularity of athletes and lacks a dedicated management department and full-time counselor. In terms of training subsidies, except for the training fee of Jiangsu University, which is 30 yuan, the training fees of other schools are about 15 yuan.In general, the subsidies for women's football in the three types of colleges and universities of A,B and C are relatively low.(10)Regarding athlete management regulations, ten colleges and universities have high-level athlete management regulations, but there is no management regulation specifically for ordinary female football players.
