Since the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance fully launched and implemented the “full coverage of digital education resources at teaching sites” project in 2012,which has undergone a layer of acceptance in various aspects such as equipment allocation,teaching applications,and mechanism construction,and the academic community has also conducted relevant research on it in a wide range.However,there are few precise studies on teaching sites in poor areas under the guidance of the Poverty Alleviation Program for Education and Poverty Alleviation.The weak infrastructure and lack of educational resources in the teaching areas of poverty-stricken areas are practical problems,using information technology to promote the improvement of education quality in this areas is the development direction of precision poverty alleviation in education.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,and in the context of educational poverty alleviation,this study analyzes education inequalities and education fairness,the informatization status of small-scale schools and teaching sites,and identifies rural teaching sites in poverty-stricken areas as research objects.This paper uses field survey methods to initially investigate the current situation of small-and medium-sized schools in rural areas and national policy concerns on rural teaching sites.In order to further learn about the current situation of rural teaching resources,the author develops an in-depth survey questionnaires,and the questionnaire survey method is then used to obtain the status of digital educational application in teaching sites from four aspects of the basic situation of teachers,the situation of teachers at teaching points,the use of digital educational resources by teachers at teaching points,and the experience of teachers,then get the information of teaching point course setting,infrastructure and application,and other aspects information by interviewing.Various aspects are specifically analyzed,in particular,the problems in the teaching areas in the poverty-stricken areas are analyzed,the author learn that the fact that the infrastructure of poor school teaching facilities is weak and the lack of educational resources is a practical problem that affect local teaching sites.Finally,the author uses classroom observation method and action research method and focuses on the teaching duplicate class in teaching points,optimizes the instructional teaching style through the use of information methods,and makes use of high-quality educational resources to effectively improve the teaching quality of classroom teaching.Summarizes several modes of using digital educational resources in classroom teaching,and strategies and methods for the application of digital educational resources in rural teaching sites.Through in-depth application and practical exploration of teaching cases,this paper puts forward a precise strategy of using digital education resources to improve teaching quality in rural teaching sites,and summarizes the practical guidance experience of using the digital education resource “opening good” courses for rural teaching sites.This study consists of seven parts:The first part: introduction,mainly introduces the background,content,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the ideas and methods of the research.The second part is the literature review,which mainly defines the related concepts in the research,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the research and domestic related research.The third part: the analysis of the status of rural teaching sites,mainly from the origin of rural teaching sites,the attention of the national level to the teaching point,the status of field survey teaching points and the problems existing in rural teaching sites;The fourth part: the strategies and methods for the application of digital educational resources in rural teaching sites.The design and application of digital education resources is carried out in three aspects: "resources and compensation","resources and interaction",and "resources and promotion";The fifth part: In-depth application and practice exploration of digital education resources,through three rounds of case implementation and performance evaluation analysis,an in-depth analysis of the application of digital educational resources at teaching sites is conducted;The sixth part: The strategic analysis of the use of digital educational resources to improve the educational quality of rural teaching sites;Part?: Summary and outlook,summarize the study and look forward to the follow-up study.
