With the development of pre-school education by leaps and bounds,a diversified contingent of new teachers has become a new concern.High turnover rate is a significant feature of them.Because the firm nature of the job is affected by the individual's feelings about the job and the degree of attractiveness of the other jobs available to them,it is necessary to pay attention to the teacher's inner qualities.The state of mind is the feeling of the job,and the current research has rarely looked at new kindergarten teachers.Little attention is paid to the professional feelings of new kindergarten teachers.Starting from the new kindergarten teachers' professional experience in 2016,this study adopts the questionnaire of New Kindergarten Teachers' Professional experience in 2016,and statistics the results.At the same time,we conduct in-depth interviews to understand the current situation of new teachers' professional experience.This paper restores the real professional feelings of new kindergarten teachers,and then probes into the reasons that affect the present situation,and then finds out the ways and methods to enable new teachers to gain good professional experience,so that they can adapt to and fall in love with the kindergarten teachers' profession.The results of the study are as follows: the emotional experience of new kindergarten teachers in kindergarten environment is low;Emotional experience of Kindergarten New Teachers with College degree is higher than that of New Teachers with undergraduate degree;The result of knowledge experience questionnaire for new kindergarten teachers is contradictory with the low practical experience;There is a contradiction between the high result of the new kindergarten teachers' ability experience questionnaire and the low practical experience;The ability experience of new teachers with college degree is higher than that of new teachers with undergraduate degree;The ability experience of new teachers in different kindergartens is different.According to the relevant theories,this paper summarizes the subjective and objective reasons,and puts forward six suggestions on how to promote the newkindergarten teachers to gain good experience.to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of new kindergarten teachers' autonomous learning;Improving the Self-reflection ability of the New Kindergarten Teachers;Suggestions for improving students majoring in Preschool Education in normal Colleges and Universities;Mutual trust and cooperation among different groups;Improving the sense of Self-efficacy of New Kindergarten Teachers;Targeted garden-based training...
