In two phase of the "three years of preschool education action plan",on the basis of Gansu province through a series of rural pre-school education projects to promote the development of the rural preschool education,especially in large-scale to promote administrative villages kindergarten building,on the basis of building the city,county,township and village level 4 pre-school education public service system.However in the rapid development of rural preschool education under the background of new problems have appeared in the,in the little children and a shortage of qualified teachers,formed a large number of rural small kindergarten,the kindergarten education based on the reality "forced" to choose mixed-age education organizational form,whole presents the teaching pattern of "mixed age difference".In the field survey of five counties in Gansu province,the author conducted a survey on the mixed age teaching of rural small-scale kindergartens through questionnaires,interviews and observations.Starting from the organization mode of mixed-age activities,this paper analyzes the "teaching what" and "how to teach".Reference,according to the conditions of kindergarten kindergarten "with dynamic and static" double teaching mode,the Hong Kong team take turns and deep course mode of experience,combined with the kindergarten education reality,aiming at a class kindergarten class,two forms of running school,is the rural small kindergarten mixedage education put forward the construction of a new model.Combination of rural small kindergarten mixed-age education reality,on the basis of teaching new mode,how to better implementation of rural small kindergarten mixedage education,from the value of the mixed age education in the face,set up in the game as the basic education,strengthening teacher mixed-age education training,more government resources to support and strengthen the rural teachers team construction,etc,the author puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.
