The essence of curriculum arrangement is to seek the relevance and matching between curriculum tasks and teaching time,teaching environment,etc.There are many factors to be considered,and many relationships to be considered,but a basic position is to be conducive to students' learning and development,not just for the smooth operation of teaching work.If we consider from the standpoint of student center,the schedule needs to be arranged from the perspective of student learning.From the standpoint of "learning",we should arrange the curriculum schedule according to the regularity of students' learning,respect the value of curriculum function and realize the relevance of curriculum content,Pay attention to the cooperation between teachers and consider the balance of curriculum structure.The study and life of students are mainly carried out under the guidance of schedule,schedule arrangement is scientific and reasonable has an important influence on their learning.However,at present,the school in the schedule arrangement mainly follow an empirical arrangement,this empirical arrangement is often based on the "tube" and " teaching" position to arrange the schedule,the biggest problem is to ignore the students' learning and development,not from the student " learning" position to arrange the schedule.There are the following problems in this experienced schedule arrangement: the teachers and students are not consulted before schedule arrangement;Not paying attention to the regularity of students' learning;Ignoring the relevance between courses;The cooperation between teachers and the value of curriculum functions were not considered.The main reasons for these problems are: lack of "learning" based curriculum scheduling concept;The complexity of the scheduling task itself;The obstacles of teaching resources and the lack of consciousness of teachers and students to participate in the scheduling.Therefore,according to the principle and characteristics of schedule arrangement and the problems existing in reality,it is the keyto establish a clear concept of schedule arrangement,strengthen the scientific research on schedule arrangement,pay attention to the characteristics of students' learning,correctly understand the value and relationship of curriculum and solicit the views of teachers and students.Based on such efforts,the schedule can really play the function of serving students.
